Flames in the Water

"Ruby will talk to you first." Lady Irene says.
"How long have I been here, Lady Irene?" You ask.
"10 minutes, which is 10 hours in the Overworld." Lady Irene answers. You nod. Ruby comes towards you.
"I am Ruby. I created the sun, heat, fire, all of that stuff." She says in a powerful voice.
"I get angry fast. All anger, power, and ambition comes from me. I like to watch people fight for what they want. I don't want them to be cowards who waste their lives with fear. I want them to be like fire. Their flames should rise and their power should grow." Ruby says.
"That... makes sense." You say. Ruby stares at you in surprise.
"You were afraid before, but you lost all of the things you loved most. To keep what you love, you fight with fire, and let anger and ambition grow." You say.
"She is worthy, Irene." Ruby says. Lady Irene nods.
"Worthy?" You say.
"You have good heart. The Spell of Love only works on those with good heart." Ruby explains, "But you need to pass the other three."
Shannon comes towards, the water goddess. She seems to be a lot more calm.
"I... Don't like meeting new people." She whispers to you.
"What?" You say.
"I'm water, you can just run through me." She says, "I'm the weakest element."
"Then how do tsunamis wipe out cities with thousands of people?" You say.
"She's worthy." Shannon says. Irene nods.
"Does each element hate themselves or others?" You ask.
"Air and Earth are way different, I swear." Lady Irene says.
"How many minutes have I been here?" You ask.
"20 minutes." Lady Irene says. 20 hours... I hope Laurance isn't too freaked out.
