Alexander Marino

7:51pm

"What?" Megan looked at me and I looked away.

"I acted on attraction. And you weren't helping with those shorts you had on." I looked at her to gauge her reaction. She was smiling.

"Oh, so your attracted to me huh?" She smiled playfully. I rolled my eyes.

"I think you already know the answer to that question. We've been spending a lot of time together lately and it was bound to happen." She looked away from me and bit her lip. Good god that drove me crazy.

"Okay. So, acting on attraction is something you do with every girl?" I shook my head.

"Of course not. Do I look like Ben to you? No shade intended." She laughed and shook her head.

"Well you're right. You don't ever leave the office." I rolled my eyes.

"I do other things. You just don't know about them." I looked at her and smiled. She smiled as well.

"Well, maybe I can get to know those things that you do. Maybe it's my turn to get to know the real Alexander Marino." She looked at me with an expression I couldn't describe.

"Hmm, I don't know. I don't think your ready for that dolcezza." I gave her a look too.

"Oh Alexander," she paused and scooted closer to me and leaned forward, "you're not ready for me." She smirked and leaned back. When she gets all confident like that man, she gets me hyped up. She smiled innocently at me. "So I'm going to get changed and then make some dinner." She said and hopped off the bed. She grabbed my arm and pulled me up.

"I thought I was making dinner." I said.

"You were taking too long. I got this." She smiled.

"What? You don't want me to see you change? I thought it would've been fun." I said with a smirk.

"Goodbye Alexander." She said as she shut the door in my face. I sighed and leaned my back up against the wall across from her door. What the hell was I going to do. We can't be 'together' because then it would jeopardize our jobs. Maybe we can try things out for the next three weeks she is here.

I went downstairs and sat on the couch going through my phone. She came downstairs about five minutes later in a long t-shirt. She looked so cute. I wonder what she would look like in one of my t-shirts. "Do you have shorts on?" I asked trying not to smirk. She rolled her eyes.

"Of course I have shorts on." She pulled up her big shirt and she had on really short shorts. They were hugging her ass too. I bit my lip. I looked back down at my phone and started replying to emails from the department from earlier that day. I've had my head in the clouds with her being around. I need to get back to how I was before.

She walked in the kitchen and started pulling pots out of the cabinets. I stood up and walked in the kitchen. "So what are you making?" I looked down on the top of her head as she moved around the kitchen.

"I'm making a kale and chicken Caesar salad." I nodded and smiled as she started to put the chicken in a pot on the stove. She started putting water and seasonings and other stuff in there. It's kinda good to have someone here to make me dinner. I probably would've ate a few protein bars and went to sleep.

"That sounds amazing." I just kept looking at her. She must've felt my eyes on her because she turned and looked at me.

"Can you not stare at me?" She asked with a smirk. I smiled sheepishly and looked away from her.
