Alexander, Alex for short, Marino was the head fashion designer of the booming Marino Fashion company. Yes, his father owned the company but that didn't mean anything. He didn't want that to be the reason why he had the job he did. He wanted to prove to everyone that he didn't get that job because of his father. He wanted everyone to know that he was a hard working man. So that's exactly what he did. He worked. That's all he did. He didn't go to clubs, he went to meetings. He didn't go to the bar, he stayed at the office til 9 to work on more things. The only thing he was worried about was his job. But, there was one thing that took up Alex's time, and that was Maria. Maria was his assistant and they were close. If you get what I'm saying. He never put a title to their relationship, that just wasn't Alex, but ... it was known that they had something going on. A couple months ago, Maria quit and moved to Los Angeles without a word. She just left a note on his desk.

Megan Lewis was a girl who grew up in the outskirts of New York. She lived with her mother and father and they tried their best to support her and her siblings. She was the middle out of her siblings. She was never really given anything. She went out a got everything she wanted. Her first car when she was sixteen. Her own apartment after she graduated college. She had her first job at the age of 14. She had always wanted to do things for herself. She was independent but she had a soft spot, for this guy named Jeffery. She had always liked him, since she met him at her interview for her first job. She had worked for him for a couple months before things started to heat up between the two. They had a fling going on for almost a year. A couple months ago, Jeffery had messed up and Megan was hurt. She couldn't stand to work with him because they would always end up arguing. So she quit. She was out of work for a couple weeks but found an interview for an assistant. She had to take what she could get.
