Alexander Marino
12:58 pm
I was sitting down working on some designs when Ben knocked on the conference room door. I didn't even look up. I was stuck on this design for a top. I couldn't decided what the neckline should be. I've been drawing and erasing for about thirty minutes now.
"Hey dude, how's everything going?" He asked. I sighed.
"It's good. We are almost done. We have like thirty more designs to get through. Then we can send them overseas and get the shipment quicker than scheduled." He nodded.
"That's good but I wasn't talking about that." I rolled my eyes.
"Ben, I told you I don't wanna talk about that. We're at work." He nodded.
"I see you're being nicer though." I sighed.
"Yeah, that's because," I paused for a second, "I took your advice." He started clapping his hands and smiling.
"Wow, Alexander Gianni Marino finally listened to someone other than himself. Can we write this down somewhere as a monumental day?" I shook my head.
"Stop being over dramatic please." He smiled.
"Well, I'm glad you are actually trying to be nice." I nodded my head and looked back at the design I was working on.
It needed something. I just didn't know what. My stomach made a weird gurgling noise and Ben laughed at me.
"You need to eat bro. That's what keeps you alive." I waved my hand and looked back at the design. He sighed.
"Alright, I'm leaving gotta get back to work." He said and walked out. A couple seconds later, Megan walked back in and put a bag of food in front of me.I looked at her as she sat down in her seat and pulled out her work. I sighed.
"I told you, you didn't have to bring me food." She looked up at me and nodded.
"I know, but you need to eat. It's good for you." She said with a smile and then went back to her work. I shook my head a smiled a little bit. She sounded just like Ben, and my mother.
"Hey Megan," I asked not looking at her. "I can't figure out what else this design needs, can you help me out?" I finally looked at her and she was smiling. I tried so hard not to roll my eyes. I sounded so stupid!!!
"Yeah sure," she said and stood up. She walked over to me and sat in a chair next to me. She pulled the design in front of her and looked at it.
"You should go with the halter neckline. And then lighten the color at the top. Make it kind of like an ombré feel. It's youthful but not to teenager, you know?" She said and then looked at me. I nodded my head.
"That's really good. Should we start with white at the top so it's more of an ombré?" I asked. She leaned her head to the side and then nodded.
"Yeah, that would be really nice. Is that all you need?" She asked and looked at me. I sighed and nodded my head. She smiled and then stood up. She went back to her seat and sat down. I shook my head.
"Alright Megan, I'm done fighting this." I stood up and walked over to her chair. I leaned down over her and just looked at her in her eyes. She bit her lip and looked back at me. I hungrily attacked her lips and put my hand on the back of her neck so she couldn't pull away.
She kissed me back with her soft and supple lips. Then she tangled her little delicate fingers into my hair. She was driving me mad. I moved my hand from the back of her neck and placed it on her thigh. I moved back a little to catch my breathe I went back in but she started talking.
