I arrived at school on time for the most part, and took a deep breath as I walked into the front entrance. I made my way to my locker, avoiding my friends and blasting my music. I didn't want to deal with anyone this early.
I was a little surprised to open my locker and find a little box.
I opened it, and immediately dropped it and gasped. Thankfully, no one acknowledged my presence and no one noticed as I hurriedly picked up the contents of the box. Breathing heavily, I ran to the nearest restroom, ignoring the annoyed scoffs of the girls fixing their makeup.
I sat down, nearly in tears
Who had found out?
I opened the box again, slowly, and revealed the contents, along with a note that I didn't see before.
"I know your secrets. All of them."
Included was a photo, one that I never wanted to see again. It was of me and my first girlfriend on the ferris wheel at the fair.
Kissing.
And underneath that, something sharp, shiny, and metal.
And I knew what I was supposed to do with it.
