VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO FOLLOW THIS CHAPTER.
GUYS, I'M BACK FROM THE ABYSS!!
WHOOOO!!!
A CHAPTER HAS BEEN POSTED! NEWS IN THE FANDOM! A CHAPTER HAS BEEN POSTED!
I've missed you all!! Quick update:
1. I've gotten 3 more rejections, but one of them was super nice and encouraging and said I wrote really well, but Blue Moon just wasn't a fit for her. So fingers crossed for the future.
2. I've gotten into college! No idea where I want to go, but HEY I'M IN SOME PLACES.
3. Haley turned 18 two weeks ago and I turned 18 today. I'm an adult. That's terrifying.
4. I finished completely editing Blue Moon. And now, I'm re-writing Three Tasks. The Thea in the new Three Tasks is a complete mix of Lizzie Samuels from TWD and Claire Novak in Supernatural (PS: Season 11, Episode 12 of Supernatural was amazing.) There are quite a few new scenes in Three Tasks and quite a few differences. I'll highlight some of those later.
5. I GOT MY DRIVER'S LICENSE, FINALLY.
I'll try to update Revenge within the week, but we'll see what happens.
I missed all of you so much! Hope all is well. Love you so so much. xoxoxo. Hope you know what y'all all mean to me.
In celebration, I'm having a "Blue Moon/Emerald Chronicles" Celebration on Tumblr. It's basically like a contest, but there are no winners because I love you all. Basically, it's just where you draw or paint or act out or whatever your favorite scene from any of the books and tag me on Tumblr (either @marahnfatherdaughter or yourmybeautifulsoul . It'll go until March 15 because March 15 is just as nice a day as any other.

Chapter 27
That night, the night before we head out to Saldra, I can't sleep. Well, I do fall asleep against Jack (all of us, which now includes Videl, who had rushed over to Fletohein when I'd connected with him, are still sleeping in the small cave room), but I wake up constantly from worry and finally, I give into my insomnia and stand up.
I head across the large stone hallway to the cavern I know Emmaline had been moved to. It'd been a wise idea on Kyle and Loki's part- the night had gotten much chillier than the balmy afternoon, and the caves seems to have their own heated system from the springs below the river.
Kyle is asleep, resting against Emmaline gently as if afraid to even put pressure on her, and Loki is in the corner, leaning on the wall with his eyes closed. I'm guessing he's asleep based on the fact that he doesn't move when I walk inside. Victoire is with Videl tonight, having been more than thrilled to see him. Emmaline is certainly awake, her blue eyes gaunt and exhausted.
"Hi," I say, offering Emmaline a small smile and sitting beside her. "How are you feeling?"
"Honestly?" she says. "Not so hot."
"Do you need anything? I could get you some food from the tent."
"Nah, I'm good," she says. "It's cold out there tonight."
I shrug. "It's no problem."
"I'm fine, Thea, thank you." She shifts, and Kyle starts to snore quietly. Glancing up at the ceiling, she says quietly, "I'm just so damn worried."
