It's been three days since I encountered him. Three days whole days.
It is now Monday morning and I just finished getting ready for another day of school.
Looking at myself in the mirror in front of me, I was satisfied with my choice of outfit. It was just a simple blue sweater, light blue ripped jeans that I folded in the ends and a pair of black Converse. (A/N: Outfit on the picture attached.)
I went towards the small bedside table and disconnected my phone from its charger. Leaning down to grab my backpack, I placed my phone on the small front pocket.
I closed my room's door behind me and headed downstairs where I went directly to the car outside where my mom was waiting since we already ate breakfast and everything.
Thinking back to what happened at prom, his "apology", I got in the passenger's seat and plugged in my earphones and played shuffle. The sounds of the song rapidly came into my ears. I recognized it as "I Miss You" by Blink 182.
I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. Probably because this song brought back so many memories, old memories I made with the certain brunette boy.
The ride to school was for about half an hour, with small conversations held between my mom and I.
We got to the black gates and I left the car with the bag on my right shoulder, saying goodbye to my mother.
I kept walking towards the blue building at my left. I then walked to my locker where I took out the books I needed and left the ones I wasn't going to use.
I closed the small metal door and began checking my phone. A few minutes later, I heard some footsteps behind me and a very annoying voice that of course, belonged to Clarissa. You probably know her pretty well by now.
"How much did you payed the stylist to try to make you look stunning at prom? Because trust me, you looked trashy and seeking for attention." she laughed, her friends following her actions.
I rolled my eyes at her attempt to insult me and arranged the big black frames that were around my eyes.
"So I'm the "attention seeker" now? Have you even taken a look at your clothes? They shout for attention. If you're looking to offend me in any way, please take a good look at yourself before saying something as ridiculous as that." I said confidently and then turned around and walked to first period.
Once I got to the big white room, I walked and sat down in my usual stuff. Hanging the bag that rested on my shoulder on chair's top.
I took out my phone from my front pocket and used it for a little while before I heard someone else coming into the quiet room.
I looked up and saw that it was Nick, followed by Chloe. They walked up to me and each sat on either side of my desk.
"So, Henry talked to you at prom." he said while lifting his left eyebrow.
"Yeah, what's up with that." joined Chloe.
"I don't even know anymore." I said while putting my hands on my face.
