Getting Started (Chapter 2.5)

*Mononoke's P.O.V*

Okay so me and my brother are now in are house and to give a over view without a thousand words just look at the pictures to the right of the screen. (I broke the 4th wall X3)

I looked in the cabinets and the refrigerator and there was no food or anything for us to use while we lived here. I also noticed that our clothes was pretty out of date at least compared to everyone else. I mean there was NO ONE here that wore fur and armor here and that's justuncomfortable.

"Hayato I am going to go get us some stuff later."

"But wait uh"

To late I already left and now I was walking the streets of Konoha alone. It didn't take me all that long to find a market and get us food and other stuff to use. So I was done with almost everything in about an hour. I was reminded to get clothes for us when I noticed people staring at me again which was beyond irritating and I rushed to a store to get what I needed.

I found some clothes that looked like they would fit me first. Most of the clothes resembled a dress in some way or another. So it was difficult to find anything that I didn't go past my knees, hey it's easier to run that way, but then I found an outfit that had a shirt that had yellow clothto cover my chest, a white hood with blue fringes, and brown sleeve. I also found a bottom that was like brown skirt with a black shorts under it, and I found something that looked like a watch and some bracelets to wear with it. After I tried it on I looked a mirror to see me looking like this. (slide show on right)

I thought it was a good outfit to wear since I was going to be a ninja, and I bought the black sandals I see most ninja wear and wore all that as my new outfit. I also found Hayato an outfit. I got what he is wearing in the pic (again slideshow to right), I also got him long pants leg black…well pant and black ninja sandals.

To tell the truth I felt a little uncomfortable without wearing something furry so I did a real quick jutsu to make it so it looked like a had animal ears. It made me feel a little better since the ears reminded me of Moro. I was still unused to all the people and all the changes so anything helped really, even dressing up like a neko or inu.

In the background of the store I could hear people whispering to each other and I turned my head to see like 20 different boys staring at me with hearts in their eyes. I also saw a few girls glaring at me a little.

No matter, I went to the store clerk and paid for the clothes. The person was a women of middle age to be exact.

"Are you going to wear out your clothes?"

"Yes ma'am, my brother wants me to try and be normal."

"Hm well you certainly are a cutie, be careful on your way home to not attract to much attention ok sweetie." She said laughing slightly at my earlier statement and then she winked at me.

"Uh thank you very much." I speeded trought my words.

I politely took Hayato's clothes and my old ones and left the store. The old ladies comment made me blush a little since no one has ever told me that before and I didn't want someone to see me blush. Before I left I cut the tags off my clothes with a kunai knife.

I forgot to mention that I went to a store and bought some ninja supplies. You know, kunais,shurikens, paper bombs, all that good stuff, and pouches for me and Hayato to carry them.

Well I made it back pretty quickly and it was about 9 at night when I walked through the door to see Hayato on the ground asleep. That's how we usually sleep.

I laughed lightly at him before I went to put everything away and then picked him up and put him in his room. After that I followed my brother's example and went to my room to have some sleep. I am going to need it for my first day at the Academy.
