Here We Go Again (Chapter 20)

*Mononoke's P.O.V*

Yeah well last night Tazuna asked why we stayed and protected him even though he tricked us, then Kakashi answered that with some sorta riddle thing. Then Inari had a little outburst saying that our training was a waste of time and that we were going to die because we were weak, but he said it with tears streaming down his face. Then Naruto got mad and called Inari a coward and walked off.

Sakura got mad at him for that and I am surprised she didn't know why he got mad. Even I know and I haven't known Naruto as long as she had, and I just heard about Naruto's story not to long ago, but she actually seen how his life was, but I guess she doesn't understand.

*Time Skip*

Damn morning sun, why must you wake me up. Can I say it was odd for me to feel tired when I just woke up? I didn't want to go guard anyone at any stupid bridge, so I did something that I hope no one will realize I did. I got off the futon I was lying on and created a...shikigami, only instead of looking like a marshmallow person, I made it look like me and sent it to guard Tazuna in my place.

(A shikigami is something that can be used for servant duties and can assume any desired form. I used a shikigami instead of a clone because it can last longer than a clone and if it gets attacked I can feel the shikigami getting tired and feel when it is about to disappear, so I get kinda of a warning sign to run over to the bridge before it is gone.)

No one noticed that it wasn't me, since they never seen a shikigami they probably wouldn't know the difference between me and it. Good thing too.

*Time Skip/Sasuke's P.O.V*

We arrived at the bridge only to see that all the workers had been attacked and not only that but a hug fog started to descend around us. Zabuza, he was back.

"Sasuke, Momo, Sakura, get ready." Kakashi yelled as we surrounded Tazuna and took out a kunai to defend ourselves.

My heart started to beat faster and faster inside my chest. The longer the suspense built up the more nervous I got...but I was feeling something else to.

"Sorry I kept you waiting Kakashi. I see you still got those brats with you. That one is still trembling, pitiful." Said the menacing dark voice in the mist.

He was right, my hand was trembling slightly, but not for the reasons he thought, and a smirk played across my lips as I glared into the mist. Then in no time at all we were surrounded with water clones of Zabuza, one was deathly close to me and baring his sword right at me.

"Hn...I am trembling with excitement." I said knowing I could take out his clone easily.

"Go on Sasuke." Kakashi said, and I could just hear the smile in his voice as he spoke. Zabuza heard it to and tried to attack me but I was faster than him and destroyed his clone...all of them.

"Oh so you could see they were water clones, brats improving."

Then they finally stepped out of the mist, Zabuza, and that tracker ninja we met in the forest.

"Where is that girl, the one with the cocky attitude and the insane personality." Zabuza said while eyeing Mononoke for some reason. I knew he was talking about her, but what did he mean by where was she. He could see her right there.

"Looks like he'll be your rival Haku, at least until that dark haired girl decides to show herself."

"So it seems."

"Let's try to lure the girl out while we're at it."

*Mononoke's P.O.V*

Why why why why. When is it when I am not somewhere all hell breaks loose. I could already feel my shikigami starting to disappear plus I could look out my window and see Inari and his mom getting attacked by what I think is Gato's men. Can you say speedy gonzales. I was out the door in no time and when I knocked out one guy the other got knocked out by...Naruto. Scratch that, a Naruto clone.

*Naruto's P.O.V*

I had my clone attack one guy from behind and then...Momo came out of nowhere and attacked the other's. Wait...

"Momo what the hell are you doing here aren't you supposed to be at the bridge?"

"Yeah and I am about to head there right now. Naruto get everything fixed here and I'll see you at the bridge ok." She said it so frantically it was hard to understand but I think that is what she said.

She started to run to the end of the dock we were on and then...SHE JUMPED OFF. WHAT IS SHE PLANING TO SWIM THERE!!! Then in midair I saw her make a hand sign. (Pic on right)

"KETSU!" As she said that she pulled that hand sign over her head and then something appeared in the air. Am I dreaming or something, it looked like a see through blue box (Pic on right)and she landed on that, but soon she jumped off of it.

"Kai!!" Then she said that and pulled her hand with the hand sign to her side and it was gone.

"Ketsu." Then another box appeared and she landed and jumped off of that one.

"Kai" and it was gone. As was she, now she was so far away with only 2 jumps that I couldn't see her.

"Naruto what was that?" Inari asked me as confused as I was of what that was she had made.

"I uh don't know."

But I have a feeling that those where one of those things that she didn't want me to talk about. She likes to confuse people doesn't she? I mean that weird wind blade, that purification power, that weird rope like thing, and now this. Ah she makes my brain hurt.
