Jutsu vs. Magic Squirrel (Chapter 4)

*Mononoke's P.O.V*

We just got out of class and apparently tomorrow was the exams to become a ninja/genin. Iruka sensei piled me and Hayato with scrolls of jutsus they have already learned and trust me it would probably take me forever to learn all these in a day.

"Come on Momo let's go home and get these jutsus down before tomorrow." My brother said holding all his scrolls with one arm while I held mine with both my arms struggling.

I looked at the guy like he was insane. Did he really think it was that easy. Plus there wasn't enough room in the house for BOTH of us to do these jutsu and have these scrolls rolled out on the ground.

"Sorry Hayato I am going to go find the training grounds and practice these thing. I'll be back home around 7 or so. See ya."

"Whatever just don't be out to long."

I parted ways with Hayato and went to the outskirts of the town to see if they had the training grounds there. Luckily I found a clearing that had post/logs up with targets in the center of each of them. I quickly took a seat in front of them and lean against the log as I read the scroll as to what to do.

The first jutsu was the Bunshin no Jutsu or clone jutsu. I did the necessary hand signs and created 20-35 copies of myself in one go. Wow are all these jutsu that easy? I quickly undid the jutsu and sat on the ground to look through my scrolls to find a harder jutsu.

But no the hardest jutsu's were the transformation jutsu and the clone jutsu. This is so irritating, I hated having to do all this weak stuff and started to make up my own jutsus. In about 5 minutes I had at least 20 different jutsus that I could use to imitate my regular powers and since I had better control over chakra this could help me when fighting. The down side is all those hand signs is really going to slow me down.

Just then in the background of the forest I heard a lot of girly squeals and turned by head to see that kid I saw when I first came to this town walking into the clearing, with his hand stuffed into his pockets and still showed no emotion.

Hell this guy must be emo, he never shows any freaking emotion and if he did it would be a bored look. My left eyebrow started to twitch realizing that the guy was emo and it started twiching even more when I saw how many girls were freaking out over him.

Emo kid noticed me and started to walk over towards me. I could hear the girls that were following him were starting to growl but I tuned them out and kept a close eye on this guy. He continued walking towards me but stopped a few feet away from me.

I watched him closely but then he quickly reached into his tool pouch and pulled out 3 kunai knifes and threw them at...me? I instinctively jumped up into the air and did summer salts as I went up. When I reached as high as I could go I looked down to see...shit I went above all the trees.

I looked down to see the girls were aweing me for how high I went and that guy was looking at me blankly still, but still looking at me. I started to fall head first and could hear the girls screaming as I went down. To them it looked like I wouldn't be able to land but at the last minute I flipped my body so I landed on the toes of one foot and I had my arms crossed over my chest.

The moment I landed I opened my eyes and sent a death glare at the guy that threw the kunais at me. I quickly ran up to him and punched him dead in the face for that. I could hear girls in the background screaming "NO" and "NOT HIS FACE" or "NOT MY SASUKE!"

So this guy’s name was Sasuke, so I apparently sent "Sasuke" flying backwards but he did a back-flip and landed on his feet. He looked at me with the same death glare I gave him earlier but hell I was still pissed off with him throwing those kunais at me.

"Why the HELL did you come out of no were and attacked me with those Kunai knifes?!"

"I didn't attack you Baka!"

He pointed behind me and turned I my head to see that he was doing target practice and he made the kunais hit the dead center of each target. I sweatdropped realizing what was really going on and started to rub the back of my head while laughing nervously.

"Woops haha sorry I...uh...well."

He was still glaring at me and I could see that my punch made his cheek red and even made it bleed a little. So I walked up to him, he didn't move, and his fan girls (apparently) started to glare at me. I ignored them and started to use a small amount of my regular power.

I poured some of that power into my index and middle fingers of my right hand, and that gave those parts of my hand a white aura. I was able to touch his cheek for a second before he pulled away, but that was all the time I needed. The punch mark was gone and his cheek was back to normal.

I watched as he touched his cheek a little surprised that his cheek didn't hurt anymore. I also already undid my power to make my fingers lose the white aura so no one noticed what I did really.

"Consider that an apology."

Without a moment’s hesitation I went over to the scrolls Iruka sensei gave me and gathered them up. It was getting pretty late and Hayato was probably wondering where I was. So I started to leave but then that Sasuke guy came up behind me.

"Your name is Mononoke Kiyomizu isn't it?"

"Yeah what of it?"

"I am Sasuke Uchiha. What are you doing here?" He said monotonely.

I was dumbfounded and irritated by his question, I mean isn't it obvious. To tell the truth I wanted to stay and train some more to see if he could see the obvious but then something hit my head and sent me tumbling to the ground. My head hurt bad and I rubbed it as I sat up and looked around to see it was a...SHIKIGAMI (pic on right)...in the form of a squirrel that threw a rock at me.

Out of the corner of my eye I could see Sasuke eyeing the squirrel suspiciously since it was completely white and had a fire symbol on its chest. Wait...fire symbol, damn, a growl escaped my lips as I stomped up on my feet and threw a shuriken at the squirrel. It tried to jump away but the shuriken hit it and a puff of smoke surrounded it as it turned into a piece of paper that was now pined to a tree.

"I AM GOING TO KILL HAYATO!!!"

And with that remark I walked of leaving Sasuke and all his fan girls with a sweatdrop. Well duh I was mad, Hayato was nagging me not to use my regular powers and then he uses his to send a shikigami to attack me with rocks. He is so stupid.
