Yeah THAT'S "Pleasant" (Chapter 3)

*Mononoke's P.O.V*

"MONONOKE GET YOUR LAZY ASS UP!!!!"

Ah another pleasant morning it seems as my brother pulls the bed sheet from under me and I end up flopping down off the bed. I land on my back so at least I didn't look stupid when I glared in front of me. At least this time when I glared in that random direction it land on Hayato.

He was glaring down at me with his hands stuffed in his pockets. I could see he found the clothes I bought and was also wearing the red bandana, that Moro gave him before we left as a farewell present, he wore it how the ninja here wore their headband.

I got a present as well. It was a small crystal dagger necklace, that was mainly purple, but it reflected light to make any light look purple, pink, and blue. The chain was a brown leather string and I was wearing it under my clothes right now as I always have and always will.

"It is about time you woke up." He scoffed at me as he headed to the door. "I got breakfast already, come and eat already before we end up being late."

After that he walked out. I glared at his back as he left but did as I was told. I was still a little tired and didn't feel like arguing at the moment. So I got dressed in my new clothes and again did the transformation jutsu so I would have animal ears and walked out the door to the kitchen while putting my necklace under my shirt.

I walked in to see him sitting at the table with some cereal and another bowl in front of him which I guessed was mine. When I sat down he final looked up at his bowl to me.

"You know that you are going to waste your chakra doing that jutsu all the time." He said matter-of-factually.

"Well I don't exactly have a small amount. I'll be fine and if not I can just fight using may regular powers if I have to."

"ARE YOU INSANE!!!" Hayato screamed at me while he stood up and slammed his hands at the table. It was quiet for a moment we just looked at each other. Me wide eyed by his sudden outburst and him blankly expecting me to argue back.

"Sorry" he continued, “it’s just I don't want you to accidentally kill someone in a fight or...you know. You have better control over chakra then your regular powers anyway."

He started laughing lightly to try and make the tension go away as he sat down and started to rub his upper arm with his left hand. I smiled at him and started to laugh along with him.

"Yeah I know what you mean bro, don't worry bout it. Let's just get to the academy before we are late."

"Right."

After that we put our dishes in the sink and headed to the school. The hokage was right, the apartment he gave us was relatively close to the school and it took us no time to get there. We were direct to our classroom by a person that was also a ninja, and I just HAD to ask this.

"Is there anyone here that isn't a NINJA?!"

"Yes."

More info please, but no, he didn't say anything after that and he left me and Hayato at the class room door. I looked at the man like he was an idiot before he left us because he gave so much of a blunt answer that I still didn't know anything.

"So Momo you ready for this?" My brother said boredly.

"Yeah it's not like I have anything to be afraid of." I answered him back the same way he spoke.

After that I heard him mumble something like claustrophobic and people and my name but I ignored him and went to open the sliding door. When I opened it up the first thing I saw was...Iruka sensei lecturing...a boy that was tied up on the ground.
