Its been a week without Peridot. A week full of sadness.
Lapis and her sister had sort of "moved" into ths Crystal lands for now. Blue Pearl waited everyday for a message from Blue Diamond. But nothing came. Her sister however waited everyday for Peridot. But nothing happened.
Lapis sighed, lying on the guest bed. The room she was staying in had two beds, one on the left and one on the right, with a couple of nightstands and a desk and a wardrobe. Lapis wasn't expecting to stay for too long so she didn't have many clothes. Her sister however brought everything besides the kitchen sink.
"Oh Peri~ When will you come back..." A tear fell onto the cracked gem. "... If you come back..."
Lapis had no idea what to do. She didn't know how to fix cracked gems. She knew however that Rose Quartz had the ability to heal gems with her tears. Lapis waited for Rose to come back, but everyday Steven would say that Rose was busy with the war.
In Lapis' opinion Queens shouldn't fight but I guess they were desperate...
"I don't know if you can hear this Peridot but... I love you. I really do. And I miss you a lot... Everyday just gets harder without you here. I wish you could come back sooner. And thanks for saving my life. You mean the world to me Peridot... I just want to see your face again... I love you..." Lapis kissed the gem, tears coming to an end as she drifted off to sleep.
If only she'd stay awake for a bit longer she would of saw the gem glow for a split second.
