A knock sounded from the door and a huge smile flashed brightly on my little girl's face. She ran to the door and I opened it, watching as she dove into her fathers arms.
When he was done hugging her he pulled me in. I kissed him softly, then leaned back and brought Maia into the embrace. She opened her gorgeous brown eyes, giggling as her Calum attacked her with kisses. When I started laughing he quickly stole one from me too, smirking evilly and running away after our daughter as he did so.
I laughed, then chased after the brown-eyed boy who I'd come to love more than anyone in the entire world.
