Its been two years since the young Sam Great has died, since Darren has joined the Cirque, and since we met Mr. Tiny.

Its been a painful two years, I get roughly five hours of sleep a day since I need to wake up early to feed the Little People and do chores and I go to sleep late watching Darren and Mr. Crepsley train.

Also, we got an expansion, we got a tent now instead of that van. The tent us big enough to hold the snakes, the wolves, Darren, Evra, and me.

Nona is now an adukt and is more calm now that she is older. She is still pretty hyper, but nothing compared to her old self.

I've also grown to call Larten Mr. Crepsley, to show respect.

With Steve I've slowly started texting him only once every month and he says he understands since I'm busy with my chores and the Little People.

Anyway, I was watching Darren and Mr. Crepsley train. Darren was trying to make a cross appear in his hand. Mr. Crepsley did it no problem but Darren was having some trouble.

Right now the Cirque is hiding near a field.

Anyway, Mr. Crepsley is showing Darren how to do it again.

"I can't do it when she's watching it breaks my consentration!" Darren Yells pointing at me.

"Mr. Crepsley does it in front of you all the time so why can't I be here when you do it?!" I yell back.

"Shut up." He huffs.

I roll my eyes.

I knife appears at Darren's neck and Darren and I freeze.

There's this chubby guy standing behind Darren holding the knife.

"Gavner Purl, what are you doing?" Mr. Crepslwy asks the man.

I give a face of confusion. The man named Gavner takes the knife away from Darren then walks towards Mr. Crepsley.

"Uh." I say still confused to what is happening.

"Oh, hello I'm Gavner Purl. What are you doing with two kids?" He asks Mr. Crepsley.

"Training." Mr. Crepsley says.

"You mean these two are vampires?" Gavner asks surprised. "Their so young!"

"Only the boy is a vampire." Mr. Crepsley says.

I walk over to Darren.

"You OK?" I ask.

"Of course, not like he cut me." Darren says.

"Well that could be traumatizing you know." I laugh.

"Whatever."

"Want a kiss?" I ask, half jokingly.

He smiles slightly, "Can I?"

I laugh and give him a quick peck on the cheek and turn away.

"That's not-" He stops and sighs, "I should have known better."

We both turn and look at Mr. Crepsley and Gavner Purl.

"So who may you two be?" Gavner asks me and Darren.

"I'm Darren Shan."

"Alicia Tux Woods. Or Tux."

"Tux sounds like a boy name." He says.

"What? Want to run that by me again, Birdbrain!" I growl.

"Are you sures she's not a vampire?" Gavner asks Mr. Crepsley.

"I'm not a vampire!" I yells calming my self down and glaring at him.

Darren starts laughing.

"What are you laughing at?!" I yell.

"Its just you haven't yelled in so long I forgot how you used to be." He says between laughs.

"Oh right, I haven't yelled since Evra put that really hot hot sauce in my food."

He laughs again, "I remember that! You were furious!"

I yawn and that grabs Darren's attention.

"You should probably get some sleep... You were awake later than usual today its already almost dawn."

I look up at the sky and see the purplish tint.

"You're right... Have fun, nice meeting you Gavner Purl." I smile at the fat man and walk to my tent - slowly opening the door flap as to not wake up the Snake-Boy sleeping inside.

I lay on my bed - it was a small twin sized bed, but it was better than that hammock I had, way better it was foam! I decorated it with some red pillows - though it was a pain to have to set it back up and put it away everytime we left to go to a new place. Usually the wolves sleeped with me at the foot of the bed. I shine the light from my phone onto the canines at my bed and lay down next to them.

I yawned one last time before fallibg into a deap slumber.
