"Bowling alley tomorrow?" Melanie asks.
"I'm in." Kenny agrees.
"Count me too." Darrin nods.
"Jayce?" I ask as he walks back to our table. He places a sweet kiss to my cheek and sets a Cherry Coke in front of me.
"We're down. And after, I kind of want to show Skye something." He informs, shooting me a subtle wink. I swoon a bit before remembering I'm in public and thank god the guys didn't notice.
"It's Skylar. And what do you want to show me Rocket Boy?" I ask, sipping on the drink from the heavens.
"It's a surprise. But I know you'll like it. Or at least I hope you will." He says, bopping my nose.
"Maybe Aaron was on to something when he told you two to get that room." Kenny teases, flicking a fry at Jayce. I hold in a laugh as Jayce glares and flings the fry back so hard, it squishes onto Kenny's face. Honestly, I don't know why he didn't expect it. I widen my eyes and burst out into unladylike laughter. Kenny will never learn.
"Remind me not to mess with your boyfriend again Skye." Kenny wheezes.
"How many times are you gonna say that Kenny?" Melanie snorts, wiping the fry off of his face in mild disgust and muttering something about how it's the seventh fry she's had to wipe off of his already gross face.
"Stop assaulting my friends Rocket boy." I scold, but contradict myself by holding his hand lovingly.
"No promises bae." He says, wrapping his arm around me. I roll my eyes, knowing he only called me that because I think it's a stupid pet name.
-
"I wish this moment could last forever." I say to Jayce, rubbing my face into his neck affectionately. I head Kenny and Darrin whooping and hollering, indicating that Melanie guttered again. I giggled, smiling like a fool when Jayce embraced me.
"I know baby. I wish I could be with you forever." He whispered into my ear softly, stroking a hand through my hair. I reached my arms up and wrapped them around him, never wanting to let go. Shutting my eyes closed, I tightened my grip, implying I never wanted to let him go.
"It's your bowl bae." He said, clearing his throat and letting me go both ironically and reluctantly, making sure no one saw. I admired that so much about him. He knew I didn't like people looking at our intimate moments and respected it.
-
"Tell me what you wanted to show me now." I demand, pouting at Jayce.
"Not a chance Skye. You'll see right after we eat dinner." He promises, starting the car. Smirking sneakily, I pull the keys out of the ignition and he raises an eyebrow. I ease into his lap, hook my arms around his neck, and lean close.
"Please tell me. Pretty please Rocket Boy?" I ask seductively. He gulps and leans in to kiss me and I meet his lips willingly. He leans back on the seat and pulls me with him, groaning and placing his hands on my waist. I smile and let him stick his tongue in my mouth, stifling a moan when he digs his hands into the back pockets of my shorts.
"Tell me." I pant against his lips, giggling when he gropes my butt teasingly.
"Like I said before cutie, not a chance. Now let's go to dinner." He says, picking me up and placing me back in my seat. I huff and cross my arms.
"Don't make me kiss that frown off." He warns. I frown harder just to make him do it. Once he does, I hum in bliss, enjoying the tingling feel I get in my belly for the rest of the drive.
