Chapter 32


CONNOR'S POV~~~~~~~~~~~~

We got to the super market and got the burgers, buns, condiments, etc. We basically got a hole lot of food. After about 2 hours of shopping, we went to get in line and paid. It came over to $246.98 dollars! But oh well.

We loaded the groceries into the trunk and headed back. By the time we got back, all the girls were already home. They were chillin on the floor, reading magazines.

"Hey babe," I bent over Brittany to kiss her. "What you guys do today?"

"Well we just went shopping. Stephanie got a new bikini and Maddy got some shoes, I got some clothes, and Cassidy got some make up."

"Oh well that's great. You gals up for a BBQ tonight?"

They all screamed YA in unison. We all smiled and I went to start the BBQ.

Us guys got our swim shorts on and played basket ball. The girls were inside getting their suits on we're preparing some other foods for the BBQ.

BRITTANY'S POV~~~~~~~~~~~

"Ok, did you all hide then right?" I said to the girls. They all nodded and I smiled. The guys didn't know what they had coming for them.

We got our bikinis on and went down to the kitchen. We were making potato salad, tossing salad, and making desserts.

We had a very organized system. First we were making the potato salad. Maddy had already cut them and put them in the pot to boil. While those were boiling, we made the tossed salad. Steph had the bowl that we would put everything in. I poured salad mix in it, Cassidy put cucumbers and grape tomatoes in it, steph tossed it, then Maddy put a little decorative flower on top. The potatoes were done so Maddy poured then into a huge bowl. We added the necessary ingredients into it and put plastic wrap over it and stuck it into the fridge. We decided to make brownies as well so we made the brownies and put it in the oven and let it cook then took then out and let them cool. (If you don't know how to make brownies, I'm disappointed in you.)

We walked outside and the guys were swimming and Connor was manning the grill. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist from behind. He looked back at me and smiled.

"Well well well. I haven't seen you all day."

"I know. But don't worry, I'm gonna be with you for the rest of the day."

He turned around and hugged me. His hugs were so inviting. I never wanted to leave. But he pulled away and took the burgers off.

"BURGERS!!" He yelled to everyone.

We went back inside to eat and have some conversations. I really liked my new group of friends. After we were done Stephanie and Jc offered to clean up. So the rest of us when outside and talked.

STEPHANIE'S POV~~~~~~~~~~~

I was almost done with the dishes when I felt big arms wrap around my waist. It was Jc.

"Hey," I said to him.

"Hey," he said kissing the top of my head.

"I'm almost done."

"Ok. But I'm not moving."

I looked up at him and he was already looking down at me, smiling.

"Jc, I'm not ready yet. Please respect that."

"I am. I'm not pressuring you into having sex with me. I don't want to have sex with you. I want to make love to you."

I turned around after draining the water and wiping my hands on a dry cloth. I smiled up at him and he pulled me into a hug.

"Oh hey, I have a pick up line for you." We do this thing where we tell each other pick up lines and we see who has the better pick up line.

"Alright." I say crossing my arms.

"Hey babe, do you know karate? Cause your body is real kickin." He said with a cocky smile. I must say that was a good one.

"Nice. That's a good one. But lets get outside."

"Alright." He took my hand in his and we walked out.

BRITTANY'S POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ricky, Cassidy, Sam, Maddy, Connor, and I were all outside making out with our significant other (lol). This BBQ turned out to be a make out session. Jc and Stephanie came outside and just looked at all of us. But we didn't stop. But they just went over to the grass and started making out too.

Things started to get heated so us girls got up from our boyfriends and walked inside.

CONNORS POV~~~~~~~~~~

The girls all got up and walked into the house. Maybe to discuss some things about tonight.

"We're gonna get laid tonight!" Sam said from his lawn chair. Me and Ricky laughed. But Jc just laid there playing with his thumbs.

"Yo! Jc! Why you being quiet?" Ricky asked jc.

He shrugged his shoulders at us and we gave each other a confused look. What was jc not telling us?

"Hey? What's up?" I asked walking over to him.

"Nothing."

"Man, I know there's something up. Tell us!"

"I'd rather not talk about it."

"Why?"

"It's embarrassing."

"So? We're your best friends. You can tell us anything."

He looked at all of us and sat up. He sighed then said, "me and steph haven't gotten to that point yet. She says she's not ready."

"So that's why your down?!"

"Yah. Stupid I know."

"Nah it's not stupid. Me and Cassidy waited at a while before we did it."

"Yah and me and Brittany talked about it. And I didn't pressure her into doing it. She came around."

"Maddy and I just jumped into it with in the first month of us dating."

"Wait what?!? Sam your only 18!"

"Yah. And? Hey she wanted to!"

"Yah ok."

"Whatever."

"It's alright man, she'll come around. Just because you won't get laid tonight doesn't mean you won't. She'll come around."

"Yah, I hope."

And with that said the girls came running out with water guns!! They were suited up for a war! They had guns on their hips and bags filled with water balloons!

Enough said, they won the battle. Hard.
