Chapter 43

December 20th


Connor's POV~~~~~~~~~


Today is December 20th and I'm at Kay jewelers to buy Brittany a ring. Yes that kind of ring. I'm gonna ask Brittany to marry me.


I find the perfect one and buy that one.

I get in my car and call Brittany's dad.

"Hello?"

"Hello mr Williams. How are you?"

"Oh Connor hello! It's so nice to hear from you. How's Brittany?"

"She doing good. She's at home with the babies. But I wanted to ask you something."

"Anything."

"Can I ask Brittany to marry me?"

"Well you have my blessing. Let me see if carol (not my moms first name) is ok with that. *faint yelling* carol! Connor's on the phone wondering if he can marry Brittany. I said he can. I just want to know if you're ok with that. *a pause* ok! She said that you can."

"Thank you so much sir."

"You're gonna be my son-in-law. You can call me dad. Haha."

"Alright. Ill talk to you later. Goodbye."

"Bye"

End phone call

"Yes!" I jump for joy in my car.

I drive home calling Ricky asking him if he could watch Bentley and Cadence for a couple hours on Christmas Eve. He said he would.

I can't wait to ask her.


December 22

I'm lying with Bentley on the couch, watching ridiculousness. I pull the ring out of my pocket.

"Hey Bent, how would you feel if I asked mommy to marry me? I love her a lot and I want our family to be perfect." He stirred in his sleep. "I hope she says yes."



December 24

"Brittany are you ready to go?" I yelled up the stairs.

*faint yell* "yes! Give me 5 minutes!"

I put my hand in my pocket, stopping when I feel the box. I hope she doesn't notice it.

My phone buzzed and it was Ricky texting me saying he's outside. I open the door for him and he walks in.

"Hey man! How you doin?" He gives me a bro hug.

"I'm good. Kinda nervous."

"Come on! You know she's gonna say yes."

"Yeah. Do you have the spy camera?" I smiled. Ricky handed me a small dot. "Put it on your button. She'll never know." I put it on my shirt button (idk if you guys thought pants but it's his shirt lol).

"Text me a "go" when you're ready to propose." "Gotcha."

Brittany came down the stairs, wearing (outfit on @o2l_fanpage13). She looked stunning.

"Am I too dressed up?" She asked, looking down at her dress.

"No," I kiss her cheek. "You look beautiful." She smiled.

We kissed the babies goodbye and headed off.


"So where are we going?" Brittany asked, jumping in her seat. Oh she's so beautiful.

"It's a surprise."

BRITTANY'S POV~~~~~~~~~~~~

"It's a surprise." Connor said. I smiled and seated correctly. I tried to sit still but I couldn't. I needed to know what the surprise is!

"Ill bang you if you tell me what the surprise is." I said to Connor. He smiled and turned the Connor. "You're already gonna bang me after tonight." He said, confinitely.



**at the restaurant**

Connor took us to Olive Garden and its so wonderful. I got the grilled chicken Parmesan and he got the spinach pizza. He's so healthy haha.


**after dinner**


"That was amazing Connor. But I don't know how my ultimatum is gonna happen."

He smiled and stopped in front of me.

"How about me go for a walk? Ricky said we can be as long as we can."

I smiled and nodded. He pulled out his phone and texted someone. Maybe Ricky.

RICKY'S POV~~~~~~~~

I was laying on the couch, holding Bentley and Cadence until my phone rang. I looked down at it and it was from Connor.

C: GO!

I pulled out the button and pressed play. I texted him back:

R: it's rolling. Good luck 😋


Connor's POV~~~~~~~

I smiled and grabbed Brittany's hand. I put my hand in my pocket and felt the box. I kissed the top of Brittany's head and she snuggled into me.


*at a park*

We got to a park that was abandoned. We sat on the swings and swung back and forth, holding hands.

Brittany was laughing uncontrollably.

"Brittany I love you." I said, getting ready to do this.

"I love you too." She stopped swinging.

"No like, I really love you. I love you more than I love food, and that's saying something." She chuckled. "Babe, I'm so glad I found you. A year ago you gave me this shirt," I unbuttoned my shirt to revel the matching shirts she made us. "And I haven't stopped loving this ever since." She stood up in front of me and hugged me. "I love you, and I want to love you for the rest of my life." She gasped and pulled away.

I got down on one knee.

"Brittany, I promise to love you, and Bentley and cadence. I promise I will never leave you. I could never leave you. You're too special for me to let you go. I want to change only one thing about you. And that's your last name. Brittany, will you marry me?" I pulled the ring out of my pocket and popped it open. She covered her mouth and whispered "yes". I got up and kissed her. I put the ring on her finger.

**walking back to car**

"I'm surprised you didn't record this." Brittany said.

I grabbed the button and pointed it at her. "Say hi to the viewers."
