After a day of spending time with old friends, Chresanto made sure he would come back to see them after every session of therapy. On another note, that day, Courtlen was back home, safe and sound. When next week came around, Chres was unsuspended from school and everything was almost back to normal. As always, he went to school with Kiloni and Courtlen. "You're pretty popular now.." Kiloni told Chres, drinking her coffee from the backseat. Chres slowly looked back at her slightly confused. "What do you mean?"

"The fight. People still aren't over that, ya know."

"Hm.." Chres turned back and smiled to himself. He never really got noticed in school before, especially for something like this. He liked the attention.

Finally, getting to school, when everyone got out of the car, all the kids around them turned their heads. They all talked under their breath. Not only was Chres talked about but so was Courtlen from getting stabbed. They were the center of attention. "Well, this is weird," Chres said, walking into school with Kiloni. She didn't reply, just shrugged. Today was going to be a long one.

Chresanto wore a smirk all day; everywhere he went, everyone would stop and look. People he didn't know would greet him and smile. He loved it. By lunch, he broke out of his daze and went to go find Roshon. Roshon was nowhere to be found in the cafeteria so he looked in all the classrooms. When he made it to the 3rd floor, Chres found him sitting with Ilianeliz, enjoying each others company. The whole time that Chres was out of school, that's where Roshon was for lunch. When it was time for football practice, they would come and go together. They were becoming close friends.

"Well well well.." Chres said, slowly entering the classroom and breaking Ilianeliz and Roshon's conversation. "Oh hey! You're back!" Roshon hollered happily. "Yup. What I miss?"

"Besides practice, nothing much." Chres pulled up a chair to their table. "Really? Nothing?"

"Nothing."

"Well, can we hang out after practice today?"

"I can't.. Ili and I are hanging out today.." Chresanto's eyes widened a little, as well as Ilianeliz. His automatic thought was that they have something going on. Ilianeliz just acted like she wasn't there to begin with. "Oh! Aight then.. maybe another time. Let me just leave you two alone." Chresanto made a devilish face at them and strolled out the room. "He's weird.." Ilianeliz mumbled. "He means well though."

"Hm.. why'd you tell him we were hanging out? We never said that."

"I was trying to ask in advance. Can we?" Ilianeliz looked at Roshon and hesitated before answering. "Um.. sure. Where?"

"Where would you like to go?"

"Anywhere."

"What time do you need to be home?"

"10.. why?

"Let's go a bunch of places until you have to go home. It'll be fun, I promise." Ilianeliz began to smile and blush. "Okay then, it's a date. Well, not a date but ya know, two friends hanging out and stuff and yea.. I gotta go." She packed all her stuff together in her hands and stumbled her way out the room, leaving Roshon confused by himself.

"This isn't a date, just two friends.." Ilianeliz thought.

"That was weird.. why'd she leave? I hope I didn't ruin anything.." Roshon thought.

Chresanto lurked the halls until lunch was over. With the worst of timing, he ran into Jake, who was still slightly bruised up. "Hey!" Jake exclaimed. Chresanto wore a stiff look on his face, as if he were afraid of Jake. It was all according to his plan. "H-Hey.."
