[A/N: Now you guys are probably what's happening between Kiloni and Jake. I guess I kinda neglected them because I personally don't ship them. ~____~ #TeamChresanto! but uhhh.. I'm bringing it all back up so don't worry about it.]

Bahja and Chresanto being partners was actually good the both of them. With Chres not knowing about Ilianeliz being Bahja's girlfriend, he was feeling less paranoid about Ili. Even though he was also good friends with Kiloni, he also has feelings for her. Bahja, on the other hand, was the only girl that was almost like his bestfriend and nothing more. They'd hang out, whether it's watching tv or going to the beach and talk about anything. It'd be from their foster homes to their childhoods to video games to sports and so on. They were two peas in a pod.

Even though they were going good, things got heated in some parts of the situation. For one thing, Kiloni got somewhat jealous. Chresanto was like her bestfriend, so him leaving her to hang out with his own friends, better yet, a girl, made Loni salty. Without Abby or Chresanto, Kiloni had no one she had a close friendly bond with, or at least a bond that was just as tight. She had other friends but they didn't fill the void of her main people. Since that was the case, Loni kept herself occupied.

After school, Kiloni went to meet up with her boyfriend. She caught up with him in the parking lot with his boys. As they were getting rowdy like they usually do, she walked up and interrupted them. "Hi y'all.." she smiled. Everyone around her was taller so they looked down at her and greeted back. "Wus' good babe, come 'ere" Jake smirked, pulling her in for a hug and pecking her lips. He pulled her aside from guys, "Hold on, y'all. Lemme talk to my girl real quick." They all nodded and continued on talking. Jake leaned against the hood of one the cars in the parking lot and held onto Loni's hands, "Whatcha need, babe?"

"How come we never chill anymore? You just left me hanging or something.." she pouted.

"Uh uh, don't pout like that, you know I don't like it.. how about I come to your crib a lil' later and we can hang there like we used to. Sound good?"

"Yea.."

"You sure?"

"Yep!"

"Aight, I'll be there; see you later."

Jake got off the car and started heading back to his friends. "Wait wait wait!" Kiloni shouted at him. He turned around and saw Kiloni gesture for a kiss before he left. He walked back and kissed her, long and hard to make sure everyone saw it. With the parking lot next to the football field, even the football team saw it, including Chresanto. Jake let his lips off of hers with a smile and smacked her butt before scurring off. Kiloni bit her lips, smiled back and made her way home.

Even if it was a front, Jake was nice to Kiloni, always. He keeps her around because she looks good and hopes he can have his way with her at some point. By then, he'll expect to be kicking her to the curb. Fair to say, Jake thinks she's cool and all but Kiloni is nothing but a pretty face and a nice body to him; the thing is, girls as pretty as Kiloni don't come often, so he's willing to wait for her to "give it up" to him with ease rather taking advantage of her like other girls he found as basic.

When football practice was over that day, Chresanto had to go to Michelle's job to meet up with some policemen for questioning about his last foster home. On the way there, he wondered about Kiloni.

"Why is she really with him though? She really doesn't get it. That nigga ain't shit but she's in too deep to realize it. She don't even wanna listen to me about him.. ugh. Sooner or later, he'll be out the picture.." he thought.

Chresanto sat in front of Michelle's office, waiting for the policemen to show up. He twiddled with his fingers as he thought about what to tell them. His main priority was to get in and get out. He always claimed he knew who shot up his last foster home, so he thought about if he should snitch or not. It was probably the right thing to do but it might backfire on him. After snitching on a gang member, people end up hurt or dead; Chresanto was considered one of them before the incident so he would be on the verge of death for snitching on who he used to call "family."
