Chapter 8-Prank Wars Prologue

Prologue

"What is your problem?!?" Artemis yelled shoving Wally catching him unbalanced sending him tumbling to the floor. He glared at her getting back to his feet. "You! You're my problem! If you hadn't replaced Red Arrow on the team I wouldn't be stuck here dealing with you" He told her in an angry tone. She couldn't help but wince (inwardly) at his comment. His words stung as they hit a nerve but she wouldn't give him the satisfaction.

"If you don't remember Red Arrow didn't want to be on the team anyway." Then she added "And at least I don't eat like a pig" She remarked not noticing her tone getting more defensive and her voice getting louder. "Wow how long did it take you to come up with that?" he asked in a bored tone running his hand through his red hair.

"Ah but you didn't deny it" Artemis pointed out making Wally let out a string of curse words only proving that she was right. She smirked thinking she had the upper hand. "Well you look like a pig" He countered. She scoffed, he was so childish she thought.

"I look 10 times better that you do even at my worse." Now it was his turn to scoff. "You mean like now?" he asked 'innocently'. She gave him a glare that would put the bat-glare to shame. Without even noticing they were getting closer and closer to each other. "At least I don't flirt with everything of the opposite gender." Artemis was practically yelling by now, not that she even noticed.

"Oh you're so witty." He told her in a sarcastic voice. "Well I don't break mirrors when I walk past them." Wally continued not knowing he too was raising his voice as well. She growled in a low voice. "Its no wonder that you don't have a girlfriend looking the way you do." He glared at her dangerously. "At least I have powers. You have nothing. We have no use for an armature archer when we can get the real thing." She had to refrain herself from punching him right then and there. He hit a nerve and they both knew it. Both of them also knew that she was no armature.

Instead she smirked just to rile him up even more. Her eyes had a mischievous glint in them. Wally couldn't help but notice it while staring into her eyes in defiance. "I may not have powers but I can still kick your butt over and over again."

"Would you like to put your money where your mouth is?" He says getting into a defensive stance. She just laughed at him and walked off saying it wasn't worth it. A plan formed in Wally's mind. Oh she is going to be so pissed he thought, all the more reason to do it.

And the prank wars began.

A/N: Just wanted to give you guys a little sneak peak of this new segment. For the most part its going to be exactly like the title suggests, Artemis and Wally pulling pranks on each other. I was debating whether or not to make this a separate story and have them fall in love at the end when one of them takes the prank too far. I'm still not sure so comment telling me which I should do. Also comment any funny prank ideas you have and I will include them in the chapter with a shout-out in the beginning of said chapter :)

Happy Batman V Superman day! I watched the movie and it was AMAZING!! I couldn't go to sleep after I watched it, the movie was awesome and you should all watch it ;)
