okay there is a site called 7 cups and if someone is dealing with things and need to talk please I highly recommend it. There are group supports and trained listeners and people who help. It's free and all you need is an email to create an account. There's free hugs and it's amazing. I thank you my certain friend (Not saying your name because I don't know if you'd be uncomfortable if I said or not) for showing me. I feel pretty good because I am actually giving good advice in a support group tonight
"they will go away you have to take a step to help though. You have to try and stop self harming. you have to open up to someone about how you feel you have to be prepared for all outcomes and you have to work on loving you, then after that things get extremely better. Look at yourself daily and say one positive thing look in the mirror and try and say "My eyes are pretty" "or my acne looks better" OR SOMETHING it makes a difference. Everyday try and find something you like and say it outloud. Say to yourself that stuff outloud everyday. Not eating correctly and not sleeping can lead to bad thoughts. Try and get those habits up first and things will get easier "I said that and honestly I have no clue where that came from when I said that but yeah....that happened. So please if you're hurting go to 7cups.com and create an account. Note it is to help with things like anxiety, LGBT, depression and such you do NOT need to be diagnosed but if you feel suicidal go to a chat and ask to be referred it will take you to online and hotline resources.
