*I'm just putting a warning because this chapter is a little intense. It's not a lot, but I just wanted to be safe. Anyhow, enjoy!*
"John invited us to eat with him and Cynthia." I say, eyeing Paul as he comes down in jeans and a white t-shirt. They hug him in all the right places, and I bite my lip.
"Really? Alright then." Paul says, rolling up his sleeves and smirking at me. He quickly fixes his hair and puts on his coat. He places a fake moustache on his lips, glasses on his face and places a hat on his head. He's hardly recognizable as Paul McCartney.
"You look silly." I laugh, slipping on my coat and shoes. Paul laughs and does the same.
"So do you."
I glare at Paul as he scrunches his nose in laughter. I soften my eyes and chuckle. I'm glad Paul is here with me.
"Looks like you're having fun." I say, as I open the door and step outside. It's late at night and I shiver. I'm glad winter is almost over.
"I am. You always make me this way." He says, putting his scarf over my neck and smiling. I blush and cough.
"What a flirt." I joke, and Paul laughs. He opens a car door for me and I step inside. It smells like clean leather, and I relax into the chair.
Paul steps into the driver's seat and starts the car. He checks his mirrors and looks back as he reverses. I stare at him, smiling as I cuddle into my coat.
"Where is it?" Paul says, and I look outside at all the winter trees.
"He said Dentin's at 7, I think." I say, causing Paul to nod.
I look down at my feet as I awkwardly move them, resting my head on my elbow. I sigh and Paul eyes me for a moment while we drive.
"What's bothering you, hun?"
I look at him and furrow my eyebrows. I don't say anything for a while and look away for a moment.
"If you want the truth, I'll tell you after we go out tonight." I say, biting my lip for making a stupid promise. I really can't tell Paul what's on my mind.
"Why?" Paul says, stopping at a red light and placing one of his hands on my thigh. He eyes me and I laugh at his disguise again. He chuckles and begins to drive again as the light turns green.
"Don't worry." I say, looking outside again as Paul holds my hand. I grip his hand tightly as he continues to drive off.

"Carol!" Cynthia smiles, and I grin back. Paul and I enter the diner, and it's oddly empty. I sit next to her as Paul grabs a seat next to John, greeting him and taking off his coat. I take off mine, fixing myself in my seat. I look at John quickly as he talks to Paul, and I scowl slightly. He doesn't even care about his feelings.
"Thanks for coming, guys." John says, looking at me now as he smiles. "I know we've spent a lot of time together, but I thought it would be nice to go out."
"Of course." Paul says, responding for me as a waitress comes to our table. She doesn't recognize Paul, but does recognize John. He's not wearing a costume.
"Shh, love." John smirks, signing an autograph as she takes our orders excitingly. She walks away with a spring in her step as John laughs.
"Gotta love that attention, eh Paulie?" John says, drinking some water as Paul chuckles.
"It's good for our records." Paul responds, as he looks at me and winks. I laugh and look at Cynthia who is joining me.
"Who's taking care of Julian?" I ask, as Cynthia smiles.
