Killian and Emma were laying in bed later that night. She was laying on his chest as his arms lay around her. He rubbed his hand up and down her arm as she drew circles on his bare chest. She felt him pull on the hem of her shirt to straighten out the invisible wrinkles.

"How were you able to have an attraction to me in such a short amount of time?" Emma asked.

Killian shrugged. "I'm not sure myself."

"What are we now?"

"We can be whatever you want."

"If we are going to start dating or whatever, we have to take it slow. I can't do what I did with Walsh."

He kissed the top of her head. "Aye, I understand. But we have to wait until the heat of your disappearance dies down before I can let you out."

"Are you sure you even want to do this? You've only known me for two days."

"But I got to know more about you as if we have been together for two months. Let's just see where it goes." She sighed but nodded. He moved her off his chest so he could kiss her. He had his hands on each side of her head so he wasn't crushing her with his weight as he leaned over her. He broke the kiss to catch some air and stared into her eyes. "Swan, has anyone told you that you were an amazing kisser?"

"No. I've only been with Walsh so I've never been told anything like that."

"Well you are going to have to get used to it." He said in between short kisses.

He moved back into a laying position and snuggled up against her back and she tensed up before finally relaxing. "Goodnight, Killian."

"Night, Emma."

In the morning, Emma woke up to a loud bang. She sat straight up and looked around as confetti started to rain down. She looked over and saw Killian in the doorway with a confetti cannon in his hands. She glared at him as she picked the pieces of paper out of her hair.

"I have never waken up like this." She said.

"Good. Glad to know that there is still some things that I can do to you to make it your first." He jumped on the bed and landed next to her. "I have an idea for us to do together. The only thing is, is that it has to happen at night."

"What were you thinking?"

"I could take you out on a date."

"I don't know. It would just be safer if I stayed here. Just for a little while longer. I don't have a problem staying inside."

"Too late! I already planned it and it will be done tonight."

"You're a dork."

"Thank you very much." He moved his hand up and caressed her cheek. "You can still sleep for a little while if you want."

She giggled. "I won't say no to that. But only if you lay with me."

"I'd be happy to." He took his shirt and sweatpants off before crawling under the blankets with her. "You are so beautiful."

"Thanks." She said but didn't really believe it.

"I mean it."

"I know."

"Emma, I don't know if I can give up killing. It's all I've done for a long time. I can't live without doing it." He said in a more serious tone of voice.

She threaded their fingers together. "Innocents can't die. You can't do that. It's not right."

"Then I'll just kill the attackers. The criminals."

She looked at him with a 'non amused look.' "You have to stop."

He sighed. "I know, but I don't think I can. It's an addiction, like drugs. Or a habit like biting your nails. I like the feeling."

Emma put her hands on the sides of his face, and turned him, so he was looking at her. "I'll be here for you, Killian. I'll help you get through this. Normally I wouldn't say you have to stop cold turkey, but for this, you have to."

He nodded. "I know, love. I'll change if it means I get to keep you by my side."

"Good." She leaned in to kiss him and he gladly responded.

Later that night, Emma was getting dressed in a light pink dress. She had natural makeup on and tan heels. Her hair was straightened and up into a high pony tail. She took a deep breath and a knock was heard on the front door. She went downstairs to it and opened it. Killian insisted that they try to at least keep their date traditional. She would get ready in the house and he would go somewhere else to get ready, so he would be able to pick her up and they would go. Her breath was knocked out of her when she saw him standing there. His eyes felt like they were going to pop out of his head. Even though he had picked the dress out, it looked so much better on her.

"You look stunning, Swan." Killian said as he ran his eyes up and down her body. His left hand was behind his back and he wore a black shirt and a black leather jacket. He had black jeans on and a skull and sword necklace on. To top it off, he had black eyeliner on.

"Thanks. You look..." She trailed off, not knowing how to explain how amazing he looked.

"I know." He said cockily. He gave her a red rose and she smiled as she looked down at it. "We should go."

She placed the flower down and linked her arm in his and he took her to his black Chevy and helped her in. Emma enjoyed the breath of fresh air she got. Their hands stayed linked together as he drove. He took her to the harbor where a huge red, yellow, and blue ship with cream colored sails sat in the water. She looked out the window in awe at it.

"What do you think?" Killian asked as he parked the car.

She didn't even wait for him to come around to open the door like a gentleman. She got out of the car and started going towards it. "Is that one yours?" She asked as she pointed towards it.

"Aye, it is. And that is where our date is."
