The tracking signal on Killian's phone brought him to a huge mansion. The lights were turned off inside, and he knew that whoever lived here, was either sleeping or not at home.

He crept around to the side of the house and peaked in one of the windows. It was dark, but he could make out that it was an empty room. He tugged on the window and it slid open easily. Either the person who lived here was waiting for someone to break in, or had a silent security alarm.

He tip toed around the house, peeking in all the rooms but finding them to be empty. He came across a large living space. There was rope on the floor, and a bandana rolled up that was laying beside the rope. Suddenly the light switched on and he was blinded, and also startled that he had been caught. He reached for his gun in the back of his pants but the person stopped him.

"Sit down, Killian."

He grabbed the gun and made his way towards the person wearing a scarf.

"Put the gun away. I'm not going to hurt you." He said.

"Maybe so, but I never said that I wasn't going to hurt you." Killian fired back.

"I know why you've come here."

"No, how do you know my name? And where the bloody hell is Emma?"

Jefferson chuckled. "Emma is fine. Trust me."

"Trust you? How can I bloody trust you? You kidnapped my girlfriend!" Killian raised the gun. "If you don't tell me where she is right now, I'll shoot you and find her myself."

He saw Jefferson swallow nervously, but there was a smug smirk on his face. "You're bluffing."

Killian pointed the gun down and shot Jefferson in the knee. He fell to the ground, clutching it. "Having a house in the woods wasn't a smart idea, mate. Know one will hear you. I want you to tell me where Emma is, or I'm going to put another one in your skull."

"Go upstairs. First door on the right." Jefferson choked out in between grunts of pain.

Killian pulled the trigger again, and a small bullet hole was in the center of Jefferson's forehead. "That will teach you to stay away from the woman I love." He spat before going up the stairs.

He went to the door and opened it cautiously, and Emma sat there, tied up. Tears were streaming down her face. She screamed through the gag, and Killian immediately rushed over to her. He took the gag from her mouth and smiled at her.

"We're going to go home, love." He whispered and untied her from the chair.

"Thank God. I heard gunshots and I was worried if you were okay, but you are and you're helping me." She wrapped her arms around him but was quickly kicked away from him.

Emma looked up and Zelena towered over her. Killian sat in the corner with blood dripping down his head, passed out.

"You have to go and ruin all of my plans, don't you? I hired Jefferson because I didn't want to get my hands dirty, but I guess it will be worth it when you aren't standing in my way!" Zelena lunged forward to Emma but Emma quickly scrambled away.

She crawled to Killian's limp body and grabbed his gun, just in time for Zelena to knock it out of her hands. It flew across the room and Zelena started to crawl towards it.

Emma shoved her off and grabbed the gun and quickly spun around. She didn't even think as she shot Zelena in the chest.

She dropped the gun as the red haired woman fell to the ground. Emma crawled over and tears were slipping down her eyes.

"No, I didn't mean to. Just, don't die okay?" Emma panicked. Zelena clutched Emma's wrist, smearing blood onto her arm.

"You'll never... Be forgiven..... For this." She said breathlessly and then fell limp.

Emma backed away from Zelena's body and pulled her knees to her chest. A groan in the corner of the room sounded as Killian sat up, holding his head. He looked at Zelena and then over to Emma.

"What the hell did I miss?" He asked. Emma let out a sob and he ran over to her. "Did you do this to her?"

Emma looked up at him. Her vision blurry but she nodded. "Yes. She-she-she attacked me! I was only trying to protect our baby and I accidentally shot her! I killed her!"

"Shh, love. It's alright. We both did tonight."

"How can you stand to look at me right now?"

"You looked at me no differently now than you did when I picked you up in the car the day we met. You didn't even know what I was. This is a step we have to climb and get over."

"Normally, couples don't kill other people!"

"No, they don't. But we aren't normal people. And you only did it out of self defense."

"She's was going to be a mother." Emma cried and fell onto his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed the top of her head.

"To Walsh's child?"

"To Walsh's child." Emma confirmed.

"Let's get out of here."

She nodded and Killian helped her up. He walked to his car while she went to the sheriff's car.

"I'll see you in a little bit." Emma said and blew a kiss in his direction.

He pretended to catch it and placed it on his cheek. "Do you want me to follow you to the station?"

"You wouldn't mind?"

"Of course not. I want you to feel safe, and if you don't feel safe, then I need to work harder. I'll follow you and then we can drive home together."

"Okay. I-I just don't want to be alone."

"And you won't be."
