Emma walked out of the hospital with Eve in her new car seat. Killian walked behind them, leading them to the car. After Eve was strapped in, they drove home.

"I'm so glad to be going home. I'm sick of sitting in that damn hospital room." Emma said and leaned her head against the window.

"Well, you go to sleep and I'll watch Eve. I'll only wake you up if she gets hungry." He told her.

"Okay." She kissed his cheek and he nodded.

As soon as they got home, Emma took a shower. She checked on Killian who was rocking Eve in his arms, humming 'Rock A Bye Baby.' She smiled and had tears in her eyes as she spied on them. Eve started to cry and he shushed her.

"It's okay, lass. Daddy's got you, and I won't ever let you go." He said. He rocked her and continued to hum, and Eve stopped crying. He sat down on the couch and cradled her. "Once upon a time, there was a man. He had met a girl and fell in love. Or so he thought. The guy met the woman after his brother went away, but after he learned that his brother was never coming back, and that his girlfriend had bigger responsibilities, he left the girl. With all of these losses, it changed him. He fell into the dark side." Eve started whining. "Oh no, no, love, it gets better." Eve stopped and looked at him, waiting for him to continue. "The man then met a woman. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. She had blonde, curly hair, and bright green eyes. Just like yours. She changed the man. She made him see that what he was doing, wasn't going to change anything. She loved him, and he loved her. They had a baby, got married, and lived happily ever after."

By the end of the story, Eve was fast asleep. Killian knew that the only people that would know the true story of his and Emma's love, would be themselves, but it didn't matter. As long as they were happy, nothing mattered. He wouldn't care if they lived in a box. All he wanted was Emma. Seeing her face at the end of the day made his mood brighten instantly.

Emma walked down the steps and sat next to him. She leaned her head on his shoulder and watched Eve sleep.

"I thought you were sleeping too." He whispered.

She shrugged. "I couldn't without you."

He kissed her head. "Then I'll join you." He got off the couch and carefully placed Evie in her crib upstairs in the nursery. He turned on the baby monitor and grabbed the wireless one and placed it in their bedroom on the nightstand. He crawled under the covers next to Emma and wrapped his arms around her. "Goodnight, Swan."

Killian watched through the telescope as Walsh grabbed his belt. A tight feeling of anger hitting his chest. This was the last night he was going to watch this. Tomorrow, he would take Emma.

Although he was too far away, he could see tears and watch as Emma's mouth opened in screams of pain. He shoved the telescope away and went over to the house that held Walsh and Emma. He pounded on the door and ran across the street, and hid in a bush. He watched as Walsh opened the door and looked around. His sleeves rolled up to his elbows and his hands clenched into fists.

"You're lucky, you little bitch. Someone might have heard." Walsh said before closing the door and turning the porch light off.

Killian ran back up the fire escape and onto the roof of the building over, and grabbed his telescope. He looked through and at the last moment, saw Emma run into the bathroom. Walsh put the belt back into the loops of his pants and sat down on the couch.

"You bloody coward." He mumbled.

Emma came out with tears stains on her cheeks. The rims of her eyes still red. She stood in front of Walsh for a moment before going into another room, and coming out with a beer. She handed it to Walsh and then disappeared in the opposite direction of the house.

Killian sat straight up and heard whining on the monitor. He looked over at Emma who was still fast asleep. He shook his head to get the dream out of his head and went to check on Eve. He changed her and she went right back to sleep. He went back into the bedroom and laid down next to Emma. He raised the back of her shirt and saw no welts or scars. He danced his fingers along her back and she sighed. As she moved, he took his hand off of her.

"They're gone, Killian. Everything he did to me is gone." She said and turned over. "I know what you are thinking, but it's okay."

He smiled but it quickly faded. "I know."

She wrapped her arms around him and tugged him close to her. She pressed her lips to his and slipped her hands up into his hair. She tugged on it gently and he groaned. He pulled away and stared into her eyes.

"I thought you wanted to wait until you lost the baby weight." He said in between kisses.

"You reassured me that I was beautiful no matter what. So now, all I want is you." She said.

He growled playfully and flipped them over, so he was on top. He kissed, and licked, and nibbled his way down her jaw and neck. She moaned when he sucked on her sweet spot. Her moan encouraged him and he sucked more dark marks onto her skin.

When they finished, Eve was still sound asleep, and that took them both by surprise. He nuzzled her neck and kissed her lightly.

"I'll never get tired of hearing you when we do that." He whispered in her ear.

She blushed. "I love you."

"I love you too."
