Killian made steak just like on their first date. They talked about the letters and what had happened in between the time that they were apart. Emma showed him the ultrasound pictures and he placed them with the others in the picture frame that was on the wall.

After eating, they went into the living room and sat on the couch and put Netflix on. Killian liked to watch House M.D. because the doctor Cameron reminded him of Emma, but only with darker colored hair. After a few episodes, Emma began to doze off. He turned off the show and carried her upstairs. He changed her into a pair of his sweatpants and one of his shirts. As he changed her clothes and then laid her down, he was careful that he didn't hit her baby bump and didn't move her into an uncomfortable position. He laid down next to her after taking off all of his clothes and cuddled up next to her.

The next morning, he woke up before Emma did and went over to David and Mary Margaret's house to get all of Emma's things. He ignored David's dirty looks as he carried boxes and the baby stuff that she bought out to his car. He was walking out of the loft with the last box when David stopped him.

"If Emma can give you another chance, then so can I, but I'm not taking my eyes off of you. You hurt her again, and I will make you wish you were dead."

Killian swallowed nervously. "Yes, sir."

On his drive home, all he could think about was how he got to call his best friend 'sir' and it was all because of Emma. He laughed at the irony and went inside his house. He went upstairs and the bedroom was empty, but the shower was on. He took off his clothes and snuck into the bathroom. He pulled the curtain back and Emma was standing under the spray of the water. He put his hands on her shoulder and she jumped.

"Killian!" She shrieked. She turned her head but kept her body away from him. "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

"Showering with my soon to be wife."

"No." She got out and dried off quickly. He washed himself off and found her in the bedroom, fully clothed.

"What's wrong? Why won't you let me look at you?"

"You are looking at me right now."

"No, Swan. That's not what I mean and you know it."

She sighed. "Wait until after I lose the baby weight, okay?"

"Oh, love." He sat down next to her and grabbed her hand. "You aren't fat."

"Yes I am. I gained twenty-seven pounds since becoming pregnant!"

"Swan." He scolded. "Don't think about yourself like that. You are always beautiful."

She smiled and looked down at her hands in her lap. "Can we please just wait?"

"I'm not asking to have sex. I'd never force anything on you and you know that."

"I know that, but that's not what I'm asking."

"Aye, Swan. I understand." He sighed and got up to get dressed. "What do you want for breakfast?"

"Anything. I'm starving."

He laughed. "I bet. I'll have it done and ready in about ten minutes."

She nodded and he came over to kiss her before going down to the kitchen to make her breakfast.

Emma grabbed a few wedding catalogs and a notebook. She went through them and picked out flowers and dresses she liked. She wrote things down to remember them. When Killian came in with her breakfast, she had a bunch of things she wanted to have written in the notebook.

"Emma, love, breathe and eat." He said handing her the plate. On it was eggs, bacon, and toast. "We aren't going to be able to get married until after the baby is born anyway."

"I know, but I want to be prepared." She handed him the notebook and the wedding catalog. "Take a look at that stuff and let me know what you think. I wanted the colors to be blue and white. But if you don't like it, we don't have to do that."

"It sounds perfect." He kissed her lips sweetly and left the room.

Emma went to the grocery store with Killian later that day. He wasn't going to let her out of his sight now. He wanted to make sure that she wouldn't be alone when she had the baby, and if she decided to come into the world earlier than expected, then he wasn't going to miss it.

"Emma, we have to stop running into each other." A familiar voice said. Killian and Emma both turned around to see Regina. "I don't believe we met." She said to Killian.

"Regina, that is my husband Killian." Emma said. Regina nodded and shook hands with him. "Pleasure to meet you."

"You too." He faked a smile. "But it wasn't when you met Emma." He mumbled under his breath.

Emma smacked him on the chest and Regina looked at him. "What are you talking about?"

"Do you remember the baby you stole from your step-daughter? Well that was Emma. You tore a family apart!"

"I am a changed woman with a husband and two sons."

"And that makes it okay?"

"No! It doesn't." She lowered her voice. If you really want to talk, come by my house later tonight. You can have dinner with my family if you'd like. I'm making lasagna." She dug a piece of paper and a pen out of her purse and wrote her address down. She handed it to Emma and they watched as she walked away.

As soon as she was gone, Emma smacked him on the head. "Why the fuck did you do that?"

"We needed answers!" He said as he rubbed his head.

She sighed. "I know, but I'm not that eager to actually meet my step-grandmother."

"I'll be there too. Now, shall we finish our shopping?"

Emma nodded but all she was concerned about was meeting the woman who ruined her life.
