Well, here it is. The death of you all. Enjoy!😈😈😈

Emma woke up a few hours later and Killian still wasn't home. She grabbed her cell phone and dialed his number. It didn't even ring. She got worried, but knew calling him wasn't going to work. She grabbed her coat and slipped on her shoes and left the hotel. She got a cab and went down to the docks. Screaming and yelling was heard inside the building. Her heart stopped. It was the building he used to hold his boats.

She couldn't run, but she speed walked to the door and opened it. It groaned and squeaked, but the yelling continued.

"I told you I didn't want to see your face again, but here you are! You followed me and Emma to Boston! What kind of maniac are you?" Killian yelled.

Emma hid behind a wall, and she caught a perfect view of him. She couldn't see who he was yelling at, though she had a very good idea.

"I love her, Killian! It's not easy to see you two together!" Neal yelled in anger and desperation.

"You have no idea what love is. You'd just leave her. Might I remind you that you didn't have to move to Storybrooke! You could have stayed in Tallahassee where you belonged! Emma and I are happy together and you should let her be with the one she wants to be with."

"I know that, but I want her."

"Please." Killian scoffed. "You just want to get into her pants. I was there for her! I took her out of her abusive relationship! You just tried to kiss her!"

"And if she wasn't so blinded by you, she would have kissed me back."

Killian scoffed again. "Do you want me to call her? I can call her right now and ask her what she thinks about you. I guarantee you that she says you're a creep. In fact, she's bloody told me!"

"I don't care how she thinks of me. I just want her to know that I have feelings for her."

"You can tell her right now."

Before Emma had time to react, her phone was ringing. She came out of her hiding space and met Killian's eyes.

"Swan? What are you doing here?" He didn't sound as angry though. Both of the guys came closer to her, and she saw that Neal had cuts and bruises on his face. Blood dripped from the cut on his lip. She saw that Killian's knuckles were cut.

"I was looking for you. You didn't come back." She said softly.

"Damnit, Emma! You shouldn't be here." He ran his hand down his face. Killian then sighed. "Let's get this over with." He pulled the gun out from the back of his pants and held it up in front of Neal.

"Killian! Put the gun down!" She said.

His gaze turned to her. "You are still protecting him!" Tears welled in his eyes. "Have you been seeing him all this time? Is that even my child?"

"Of course it is! I've never cheated on you! Not once! Why would you think that?"

"This is the second time you have defended him! What if you are only with me for protection and money? What if you've been playing me this whole time, then when I get you pregnant, you know that I can't get out of the commitment?" He turned back to Neal. "And this bastard is behind it all?"

"Killian, listen to yourself." Emma said taking a few steps closer to him.

"Emma don't! He'll shoot you!" Neal shouted.

"He's not going to hurt me." As she got closer, she saw that there were tear streaks down Killian's face. "Let's go home, Killian. We'll go on that date."

"Not until I know that he isn't a problem anymore." Killian said and then shot Neal in the chest three times. Emma gasped and stopped moving. A puddle of blood pooled around Neal's body. Killian turned to Emma with the gun still raised. His finger still on the trigger.

"K-Killian, what are you doing? P-put the gun down." She whispered shakily and raising her hands. He blinked and looked at the gun and then her. His eyes welling with fresh tears. He dropped the gun and took a few steps towards her, but she went backwards. "D-don't come any closer."

"Emma, please." He begged.

Her hands fell protectively over her baby bump. "You could have shot me. Killed our baby, and all because you let your anger cloud your judgment. You killed Neal and he didn't do anything wrong!"

"Emma-"

"Stop. I think we need a break."

"Please-"

Emma took her ring off her finger and tossed it to him. She turned around and finally let the tears flow. As soon as she was out of the building, she hid in the darkness and covered her face with her hands to muffle her sobs. She fell to the ground. She heard Killian's running footsteps on the pavement, but she remained hidden.

There were no houses for miles. No one would have seen or heard anything unless they were taking a walk along the beach. She knew that he would be looking for her, but there was no way she was going to be found.

"Emma, I'm sorry!" He yelled into the night. "You know there is no way I'd hurt you. I love you."

She heard him go back inside the building, so she got up and made a run for the road. She tugged her jacket around her tighter to fight off the cold air. She remembered that there was a gas station somewhere along the road, so she decided to walk there, and then call a cab to pick her up.

More tears streamed down her face as she glanced down at her baby bump. She wouldn't raise the baby alone. Her parents would surely help her, right? Of course she couldn't let Killian know she was moving back with them, and she most definitely couldn't tell her parents that she left Killian because he killed someone.

"Damn, I have a lot of thinking to do."
