34◆Hunters POV
I couldn't believe the guys, embarrassing me like that. They made it sound like I had a crush on her! Anyway, I didn't stalk her. So I told them that, "I wasn't stalking her, Matt," I hoped I made that perfectly clear.
Kieras POV
I laughed at the thought of Hunter stalking me, or even thinking of me, during that argument. I mean, he practically spelled out that he wanted me out of his life. But did he? It did't seem like it now. "Hey Sam, do you mind switching seats with me for a minute? I wanna talk to Hunter," I smiled at Sam. He winked at me, "And sit next to Carrie Underwood? Absolutely!" I let the fact that she was married slip, and stood up, and placed myself in the red cushioned seat next to Hunter. "What's up, Ki?" he smiled, looking straight into my eyes. "I uh-" I started, "I was just thinkin'. Did you really think about me when you left that day?" He looked into his lap smiling then back up at me, "Well yeah, I couldn't just let that go." He thought about me. He actually thought about me after he left. Somehow, in the midst of all the fame and popularity he had, I still found a way to make it into his mind. Why was that so fascinating to me? Oh, maybe because he had thousands of fans, but he thought of me. I smiled and looked at Miranda Lambert on stage, performing "Over You", one of my favorite songs of all time. My head snapped back to Hunter, he said, "So, now that we are talking again, want to head over to Starbucks after this?" "I may be up for that," I winked.
