"I can."
Vanessa stared at me wide eyed for what seemed like hours with a weird expression on her face, "what do you mean you can?" she laughed sarcastically, "hailey no one in the history of histories has ever mentioned transforming into an angel of darkness."
"Look I don't know," I shrugged, "but I remember seeing Michaels wings." She rolled her eyes looking at the door, "and?"
"And their was a complete stripe of black on his supposedly white wings." Vanessa's eyes shifted over to mine, "what the-"
"I know, it's crazy right?!" I said turning to open the door, "but it's true, I think we might have a chance at this witchy bitchy," I smirked.
This was either going to end really well, or horribly awesome. In some way.

"Vanessa you're supposed to know this stuff," michael snapped at the curly haired woman in front of him, "you're a witch.. you should know this."
"Well, I lost some of my powers didn't I?" Vanessa replied.
"Oh," he frowned, "right, forget that."
"Anyways" michael smiled looking up again, "about my wings, now you all know that an angel is.. well, an angel," he chuckled, "but there's just one thing that's been hidden for years, from all of you.. from both kingdoms."
"This is hidden in the deepest part of a spell book, which as we all know.. can only be accessed by a witch herself," michael continued, "and because some of Vanessa's powers were drawn away, she can't access spells that break the balance of nature."
"Get to the point," I sighed.
"The point is.. an angel in this world isn't what we think it is," he explained, "if any of us do something wrong, as in kill someone or anything related to doing something against what we as Angels were supposed to do.. then our wings slowly begin evolving." I stared at the blonde boy as shivers ran through my body, "e-evolving into what?" I stuttered.
"Into an angel of darkness." My face dropped down as the words slowly began making sense to me, and suddenly everything seemed stressful, things are rushing in way too fast for me to handle. "I have one stripe," michael added reluctantly, "I got that when I left Vanessa."
"That's considered a sin?" I huffed turning to look at them as they stared at each other.
"So," I coughed, "an angel of darkness doesn't have any?" I continued sarcastically taking Michael by the hand, "right blondie?!"
"R-right," he replied frantically, "no wait what," he uttered, "yes.. yes they do but we don't see them," michael confirmed. "You just said they don't a few seconds ago.."
"I wasn't focused," he answered looking into my hazel eyes, "but a devil was once an angel hailey, and before your mother died there wasn't such a thing as an angel of darkness," he replied, "now there's all sort of effin stuff."
Michael tugged on his maroon colored hoodie and looked down at the floor, "I don't know what he is honestly, but I do know that he gets payed for every bad thing he does." I looked up at the blond haired boy as the urge of seeing him shirtless right now grew into ways that I couldn't explain.
"Now that you know all this, can you tell us your plan?" Michael huffed.
"Well," I began, "since the two people who go to the path in Rome have to be from the same kingdom, or let's say 'type' .. I decided to let Alex come with me but in michael's body," I explained, "so basically im playing a little trick on nature."
"That's a huge risk," dad gasped, "are you sure your willing to do that?" he asked hesitantly, "you know you could just take Michael with you.."
"When the time comes we'll figure it out but he's her son and he deserves to see her," I sighed turning my glance over to my dad, "are you sure the path is in Rome?" I asked him.
"From what I know," michael interrupted, "It's in the Vatican." Vanessa snapped her fingers and the spell book dropped down into her bare hands, "so this is what's going to happen," she smirked, "you have seventy two hours until the spell breaks, and everything turns back to the way it was.. which means that you have to be extra quick in everything you do," Vanessa continued, "this is about saving your mother, and by saving her you could save all of us."
I felt a blazing fire run through me, everyone's life falls in my hands. If I save her.. everything would change. The barrier between the two kingdoms would be pulled down, everyone can be happy again.. and I get to see my mother again.
"I can give Michael his powers back?" I asked disbelievingly, "you can give him his powers back entirely, and you can give me mine too," vanessa smiled.
Michael's lips curled into a smile as he stepped towards me and lifted me up in the air, "God I love you," he whispered as he gently grabbed onto my waist and kissed me passionately, "I'll do everything in my power," I promised as he put me down, "to give you, to give all of you everything you wanted.. and in the end, it all goes down to her."
Suddenly, it all crossed my mind again rushing to me like a hurricane. The flashback, Michael. It was all like a dream.
"The Girl in The Black Dress," me and michael whispered in unison, "it all comes down to her."
"Black dress?" a voice whispered from behind me seconds later. I turned around to find a tall handsome guy standing behind me, hair flopped to the side of his face. "Alex," I breathed out softly, "how did you find us?"
"I heard my name," he smirked, "so I decided to come for a visit." I rolled my eyes as he walked towards us, "how can I help you huh?"
"I'm eight steps away from getting thrown into that fucking pit like our own mother did and I know for a fact," he stated firmly looking closely into my eyes, "that none of you want that."
I stared into his green eyes, and looked out the window. The sunset was beautiful, the colors blazed through the sky, filling every shred of the sadness buried deep inside of me. The moonlight glistened and beamed through the huge window. I looked back at Michael, and couldn't help but smile at how handsome he looks. All Alex has done recently is hurt me, hurt all of us. Everything he said was a lie, and I believed every inch of it.
"What if I do want that?" I snapped back at the curly haired boy in front of me, "you want ME to help YOU?!" I laughed out loud, "you're lucky I'm even talking to someone who almost BURNED ME ALIVE!"
I felt someone's hands tightly grasp onto my waist as Michael pulled me into his arms and away from Alex. "Hailey-"
"Can you just get away from her?" Michael huffed furiously, "for once just leave her alone! I'm sick of you making mistakes and then crawling back to her like a dog."
"I messed up okay?!" he blurted, "I got my first when I killed Cara and my second when I burned you," he said with a deep voice as his eyes shifted over to me. I stared at him disbelievingly and for a few seconds there was a moment of silence. It's funny how he can come back to me just like that and think that I'm going to forgive him, it's honestly hilarious to me.
"you know what?" I smiled pathetically, "you're right."
"You messed up Alex, again." I shot back, "and this time I'm not going to make this easy for you. You want my forgiveness BROTHER?"
"Then come and get it."
