"Morning pumpkin," I felt a nuzzle against my neck. "It's the big day, wake up princess."
My breath hitched at the sound of his name, the feelings rushing into my head all at once. "Hailey Evans, nervous?" He laughed against my shoulder, his husky voice filled with urgent longing. "Look at me." His finger gently stroked the side of my neck, caressing it gently. I wanted him so much. He pressed his face into my neck. I could feel his breath, his eyelashes, butterfly kisses. After I worked up the courage to face him, I finally flipped over to Alex's side. "I-I'm not nerv-" "
He caught me in his lips, his sweet breath burning against my chin as he gently pulled away. "Don't lie to me." he smiled seductively, a smirk running across his face. "You like it when I talk like this don't you?"
"N-no."
"Y-yes," he laughed mockingly. "Say it, or I'll punish you."
"Punish me?" I raised my eyebrows. "How can you pun-"
"Say it." He smirked again, with a more serious voice. Alex kissed me again. Harder. Our tongues entwined, fighting a glorious war of dominance.
"Alex Donovan, you don't make me nervous."
"Did I ever tell you how sexy you are?" He smirked, sliding his finger under the strap of my shirt.
"M-maybe." I stuttered, breathing heavily as he gazed into my eyes.
"You drive me crazy." He muttered under his breath, biting his lip seductively.
"And you drive me crazy." I smirked, my hands wrapping around his waist. "Do you know that? As much as I try to not feel what I feel, I just fail at it every single time. And now, I don't think I even want to try not feeling. Because what you do to me is beyond my control."
He brushed his lips against mine, slowly moving his hands down my waist. "A-Alex."
"Mm?" He smirked, planting feather light kisses around my neck.
"S-stop, or I'll-" I stuttered.
"You'll what?" He chuckled. "Alex Donovan you don't make me nervous. I don't do I?"
"I'll show you who's gonna get nervous." I pushed his head onto the pillow and sat on top of him, our lips crashing onto each other. My hands skimmed his back, and down his waist. I kissed him roughly, with passion and determination. His hands were gripping my shirt tightly. He pulled me even closer to him, smirking against my lips.
"I won," I whispered seductively. "You know, we should play this game more often, so I can keep winning."
"Shut up you," he threw me off of him, his face turning red.
"Aw, you're blushing." I smiled cheekily. "Don't be nervous babe."
Giving him a peck on the cheek, I walked towards the bathroom.
"Wait- did you say 'big day'?" I stopped and turned around to face him. "What's the date today?"
"July 17-"
"ITS MOMS BIRTHDAY!" I shouted clasping a hand to my mouth. "D-does that mean.. we're leaving.. today?"
He quickly flew over to me, pulling away my hand. "Hailey, listen to me."
He lifted up my chin till his emerald eyes drowned their way into my soul. "I just want to get this over with, I wanna go there and open up those fucking paths, because I want to see her again-"
