Something to confess

The next day Rachel came with Jesse and Laura. I had a private talk with Rachel. I told her about what happened with Will and I and she just looked at me surprised the whole time.
"What are you going to do now?" Rachel asked as I looked down.
"Talk to him... I want him back so badly" I said as Rachel looked down.
"But mom he did so much to you" Rachel said as I looked up and her and nodded.
"Who's going to be here with me when you leave?" I asked as Rachel shrugged. "It can't be you because you have a home already in NY and you have a baby girl." Rachel nodded.
"Fine, go ahead and call Will. If he leaves you again..don't count on me to answer the phone every ten minutes" Rachel said as she got up and walked to the living room.
I stood in my room for a few minutes thinking about what the hell to do now. I looked at the time on my phone and realized Rachel is leaving in just a few. I ran to the living room and saw them putting their jackets on. Rachel looked at me and sighed. She was walked up to me and gave me a hug. "I love you mom"I smiled slightly.
"I love you to Rachel" I said as I gave her a hug once more. I didn't want to let her go. Once they left I walked to my room and went to bed.
NEXT DAY-I get a phone call from Will. I didn't answer so he left a voice mail saying he was sorry.
I really don't know what to do. In the afternoon I decided to call Will and told him to come over to give him another chance.
So he did....
"Hey Will" I said as I smiled slightly and sat down on the couch with him.
"Look, Shelby  I am an idiot. I don't know what has gotten into me. After all my kids from glee club left to collage everything in life flew away... And--- and then you--- you make me smile. But when I looked into your eyes I saw Rachel. And whenever I see Rachel I feel sad but then happy ...I just miss the kids." Will said as I looked down.
"Where are all of them now... Who are they... Who am I?" I smiled slightly at him.
"You are you and nothing's better then that" I said as will smiled back slightly.
Rachel's POV.
Once I got home. I put the baby to bed and sat in the couch with Jesse.
After a hour Jesse went to bed. I couldn't go to sleep because Laura didn't want to.
Someone knocks on the door. When I open it I see Puck "Puck, hi"I whispered as I hugged him. "What are you doing here it's 11:00" puck sighed.
"I have to tell you something... I think I have waited long enough...I---"puck gets cut off by Laura who ran next to me and looked at me confused.
"Mommy?" Laura said as she let her arms out, wanting me to pick her up.
"Puck, this is my daughter Laura" I said as puck looked down and then looked up and smiled. Laura looked at him and smiled.
"Babe who's at the door?" Jesse questioned.
"Puck, from McKinley high" I said as puck curiously looked into the house. "It's Jesse... Jesse st. James" puck cringed. "What were you going to say puck?"
"I forgot... It wasn't even that important"puck said as he quickly walked away.

What was puck going to say?? Do you remember before what Shelby told him at the end of the chapter "Puck!" ... Then you'll understand why he came back for her. But what is puck going to do now that the person he thinks he loves has a family?
