Always start over

The right thing?

What I did was the right thing to do, right? I need to just stay alone for a bit. I'm sure Will won't need me anymore. I'm really not sure. But I'm trying to stay positive right now as I drive home.
My phone rings(unknown number)
"Hello" I questioned once I picked up the phone.
"Mrs.Corcoran Hi, it's Marley" she said as I smiled slightly.
"Oh Marley, hi how's everything?" I questioned as I heard her sigh.
"I feel better. Umm I have a question" she said as I let her continue. "I saw Mr. Shue and you arguing while my mom stopped the car because she was talking to another teacher...is everything alright?" I looked down and smiled slightly.
"Yes, thank you Marley. Please don't go asking Mr. Shue about the fight or our relationship, okay?" I questioned as she agreed.
"Are you coming back?"she questioned as I stood quiet for a few seconds.
"I...I don't know. Marley get some rest okay?" I said as she agreed, said goodbye, and hung up.
The next drowsy day, I get ready for work and get there in time. What I mean by in time is that, since I want to avoid seeing Will I have to reschedule everything at a Certain time.
"Hey Shelby" someone said grabbing my arm. I looked back and saw Will.
"Will are you kidding me---"
"Shelby, the kids need you. They are all so down and----"
"They don't need me Will." I whispered to him in anger. "They were always happy with you even before I came along to help"
Will looked me in the eyes.
"Shelby--"
"I have to go" I said speed walking to my office.
After lunch I got stopped by Artie.
"Mr. Corcoran" he called rolling toward me as fast as he could on his wheel chair."come with me to the glee club please" he said as I looked at him with confusion.
"Artie I--" Artie grabbed my arm and dragged me into the room.
I look around and see all the kids standing next to the piano.
They began to sing "I can here the music" I smiled as I see Marley come into the crowd and sing.
As they finished I smiled brightly. "Please stay with us?" Marley said as I looked down then looked back up. "Who ever said I was leaving" I said as everyone smiled. Will walked into the classroom and froze as he saw me sitting on the chair smiling.
"Mrs.Corcoran what are you doing here?" He questioned as I looked away.
"I'm going to go now kids" I got up from the chair and walked to the door. Marley looked me in the eyes and sighed.
"Mrs.Corcoran---" Marley called as I quickly walked away to my office.
I get a text from Will asking if I can come over to his house to talk. I agreed, maybe this time won't be as bad as the last time we talked.
~Wills house~
Will took my jacket and put it on the couch. "What's that smell?"I asked as I took a sniff of delightful, smells like pasta.
"Well I cooked food" Will said as I smiled slightly.
Will and I walk to the dinning room table and he places me a plate full of pasta and other things such as greens and some white meet.
"Why?" I questioned as Will smiled.
"I just wanted to talk" I looked at Will confused.
"Will I told you to stop trying I can't just---"
Will kissed me passionately to shut me up as I got weak on my seat.
"No" I repeated as we began to make out. Will stopped kissing me and grabbed my face softly rubbing his finger on my cheek.
"I'm sorry, tell Rachel I'm sorry." will said as he grabbed my hand and brought me to the couch.

"Sorry for what Will?" I questioned as he looked up, then looked at my lips.
"For loving you and treating you the way I treat you" Will said as I smiled slightly. "I can't just sit here and pretend I don't love you. Pretend you don't exist. I see you everyday and you're in my life for a reason" I rolled my eyes.
"You don't need me" I said leaving Will speechless. "I'm useless Will!" I cried. "I can't even have kids for gods sake!"

When I first met Will I, well just wanted to have sex with him.
And I almost did the exact day we met.
Will kisses me deepening the kiss every second. Running his lips down to my neck as I breath heavily. I jumped on top of Wills legs and began to unbutton his shirt. He grabs my hands and shakes his head no.
"What's wrong " I asked as he looked down. "Are you gay, because I've had sex with many gay guys" Will looked at me confused.
We walked to the kitchen together as he talked about his life.
"So you just got divorced with someone and you were about to have sex with me" I questioned as he nodded.
"It's stupid, I know."
"Look honey, take your time. And when you're ready, call me." I said with a smirk and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Shelby you mean the world to me!" He said grabbing my hand. "We can adopt kids if you'd like, I'll do anything for you"
I looked down as tears began to flood my eyes.
My phone began to ring(Rachel) on face time.
"Yea hello sweetie" I said trying to hide away the fact that I was crying.
"You okay mom" Rachel questioned as I nodded and smiled.
"Who's house are you in?" I didn't answer.
"Mom don't tell me your at Wills house, I told you not too"Rachel looked at me angrily as I looked at Will.
"Rachel I need someone with me" I said as she rolled her eyes.
"Will isn't that someone!" Rachel said as I nodded.
I hung up and looked at Will. "She's right." Will shook his head no. I got up and walked to the front door. "Will, you are an amazing guy but I just can't be with you."
"Shelby please" Will said begging me to stay.
"I promise you that I was drunk and I know you know I was drunk the day that thing happened!! I was afraid I would hurt you so I left. I came back when I felt ready, Rachel was helping you and I noticed how miserable you were and how much Rachel cared about you" I looked down.
"Shelby I love you" Will walked closer to me. I couldn't resist him, his manly stare and he just sounds so trusting.
"I'll talk to Rachel "I said as he smiled. I kissed him on the cheek and looked down."but I'm going to go home now, it's late" I said as he nodded

As soon as I got home I called Rachel back and told her about Will and she said " If he does anything bad be sure to tell me okay!" I agreed to tell her if she was right about him.

Next day I go to work seeing Will in his office. I smiled brightly and walked into the room.
"Well, I have good news" I said as he smiled. "Rachel agreed to let us have a relationship"  Will hugged me tight.

He kissed me passionately as one of the kids from the Glee club walk in;Marley. Marley looked at us surprised and smiled brightly.
"Guys they're kissing" I hear someone whisper as everyone cheers and awes.
Wills lips slowly separated from mine and we both smile."I love you" he whispers as his breath hits my lips.
"Mr. Shue" one of the kids said as we both jumped up and walked out the office. The kids smile brightly as class began.
"So this is now a thing" one of the students questioned. "are you guys lovers??" I looked at Will and smiled slightly.
"They are I know they are" One of the boys said as I took a deep breath.
"Guys let them be" Marley said as it got quiet.
"Thank you Marley" Will said as I nodded.
