Shelby

Someone knocks on the door while I was cleaning the living room.
"Who is it?"I asked as I walked to the door.
"Shelby" she said as I opened the door and quickly gave her a hug.
"Oh my goodness Rachel your belly is growing but still a little tiny "Shelby said as I smiled.
"I missed you" I said as I gave Shelby another hug.
"I missed you too" Shelby said as Jesse comes and freezes.
"Nice to see you again Jesse" Shelby said as she walked to him and gave him a hug.
"Nice to see you too ms.c "Jesse said surprised.
"Shelby, call me Shelby " shelby said as Jesse nodded.
"Jesse if you don't mind I'm just gonna have dinner with my mom.." I said as Jesse nodded.
"Okay you girls go head I'm gonna go catch up with some of the boys from the musical"Jesse said as I smiled and nodded.
Once we left the building Shelby turns around and looks at me.
"Rachel... You forgot this at home" Shelby said as she took the picture of Finn and I out of her purse.
I smiled slightly and grabbed the picture."do you think he is happy for me.." I said as Shelby smiled and nodded.
"Really happy" Shelby said as I hugged her tight.
"Okay let's get to the car" Shelby and I walked to her car and went in.
Shelby parks. "Wow fancy place" I said as Shelby nodded.
"Mom don't bring me here if it's a lot of money I don't want you to waste" I said as Shelby nodded no.
"It's fine Rach" Shelby said as I smiled and got out the car.
When Shelby and I went in, got our seats, and ordered our food we just sat there the whole time having the best day ever.
"You know mom... I really miss you. It's hard being far away from everyone." I said as she smiled then looked down.
"Yea, it's hard being away from you. " Shelby said as I smiled.
"Look I'll visit you I promise mom" I said as Shelby smiled and nodded.
