Matheus' POV

In his estate here in Santa Catarina, his three buddies are so busy planning which facilities to add in his estate aside from his golf course that he finally decided to open it for the public. In fact, he's planning to hold a tournament on this eighteen-hole golf course after the construction of the additional facilities.

He has more than two hectares, and the golf course, excluding his house, is only more than half a hectare. He decided to put up cottages that are good for some retreat. The place is very good for camping since there is a natural stream and lake that connect to the ocean.
Since he has mentioned it to Lucas on their first day of meeting while they were heading to the clubhouse. Both men have encouraged him even more. This place will attract more people. This will be as well known as any other golf course in the country. Even if it will be busy, his place will still be at peace up the hill where it is placed.

His friends are happy to give their support for the coming project.

After finalizing what to add and planning where to build. His two friends will contact their contacts in Santa Catarina. And since he is a property developer, it's not difficult to get a permit and labor for the said project. He has many great engineers in his firm.

"We will handle the other necessities here," volunteered Lucas.

"Yes, we can pull out some of the workers in our construction firm," Flavio added. 

Flavio has his own construction firm; it's easy for him to pull out the laborers.

"Thanks, guys! This will be a great place," he said and patted his friend's shoulders.

It's not a surprise that four of them have the same passion. And they all excelled and became successful in their chosen field of industry. And now that he has finally decided to enhance his estate by adding new facilities, they're more excited.

"We have to go back to our own places now, so by tomorrow we will discuss this with our manpower," Flavio told him.

"That's right; we will check the supplies for the construction. so that we can order if necessary, "Lucas added.

"Thanks again, guys. You are a big help to make this project faster." He said, patting each of his friend's shoulders.

"No worries, that's what friends are for. When we needed help, you were there for us too," Lucas replied.

"I'm sure this will make everyone happy about this project," Flavio said.

"Okay, Matheus, we will not be staying long; we need to go now, and we'll call you for the progress," Lucas said.

After his friends left the estate, he looked at the rough draft of the planning they made. This will only take a few months to finish if all the materials they needed are available.

The estate is already surrounded and secured by a high six-foot concrete fence, and the only entrance to the estate is by the private road from the main road.

Their target is to finish the construction in three months, so with the help of his three friends and the availability of all the materials needed, they are very confident that they will be able to accomplish the target date.

He will call his office in Rio de Janeiro to get the manpower to add with Flavio, Lucas, and Rafael's.

All four are helping each other to succeed. Since in their senior high school, the four of them have each other's backs.

He looked at his wristwatch to check the time. It's only nine in the evening. He decided to take a swim. Taking a few laps will help him think better.

He goes up to his room to get changed into his swimming trunks.

After he got changed, he goes down and out to the swimming pool.

He tested the water; the temperature is quite warm. He jumps down into the water and starts swimming. After a few laps, he stops and rests for a while.

He lay down at the edge of the pool, making his arm his pillow. 

Now that he is alone, he remembered the woman again. He didn't get a chance to know her. The only chance to know her is the owner of the cleaning company, but unfortunately, she's not back yet from her vacation. As for what Olga told him, she got in an accident; she sprained her ankle, so they extended their vacation. 

He will try to call Olga again to check if the owner is back. Or the best thing is to come to the cleaning company personally. 

After a while, he stands up and walks to his house to take a shower. 

He takes a quick shower and changes into his clean clothes to sleep. He wants to accomplish something tomorrow. 

He is hoping that he will get the answer from Olga as soon as possible. 

Morning came, and he got ready to go to the Shine Bright Cleaning Company. He really wants to get the answer, or he will get mad. 

He just takes a quick shower, brushes his teeth, gets changed, and drives his SUV.

While driving, his phone rings. It's Rafael.

"Hello!" he answers the call.

"Matheus, are you coming down here to the city proper?" Rafael asks.

"Yes, actually I'm driving at the moment; why do you ask?" he replied.

"That's good; we don't have to go there. Where are you going so that we will meet you?" Rafael asks. 

"I'll go to Shine Bright," he replied.

Rafael didn't reply for a while.

"Hello, are you still there, Rafael?" he asks.

"Yes. Okay, so we will see you there then," Rafael said.

"Okay, see you. Are the two with you?" he asks, referring to Lucas and Flavio.

"They are coming," Rafel replied.

"Okay, so see you guys." He said and ended the call.

He parked his SUV in one of the vacant spaces in front of the building. He could see that the trio was walking towards him.

"What are we doing here?" Lucas asks.

"You guys can stay here outside; I have something to ask Olga," he told them.

"No, we will come with you," Flavio replied.

"I'll be fast. You guys can stay." He insisted, and he walked towards the entrance of the building.

He notices that the three of them are following.

"By the way, what is it that you wanted to tell me?" He asks while pressing the doorbell.

"Josef invited us for his wedding," Rafael replied. 

"Wow! Who's that suicidal lady?" He asked, laughing, which made them laugh as well.

The door clicked, the indication that they can enter. He pushes the door to open.

"Good morning, gentlemen! What's the news that all of you are here early in the morning?" Olga greeted them.

"Well, we wanted to tell you that Josef is getting married," Lucas replied to Olga, giving her the magazine he was holding.

"I know; I have a copy of the magazine," Olga replied, pointing to the magazine in the magazine rack.

He picks up the magazine to check.

He couldn't believe what he saw. The woman beside Josef and his soon-to-be bride is Aurora. The woman that never leaves his thoughts for quite a long time now. He still keeps the magazine he asked for from Olga when they came over a few weeks ago, maybe.
