Matheus' POV

They are woken up by the phone call; it's Rafael's phone. He put it on a loudspeaker so everybody could hear.

"Hello!" Rafael answered his phone.

"Rafael, how's everyone?" Josef asked him.

"We're fine; we arrived at the hotel almost one last night, so we didn't bother to inform you. And after our party at the Matheus estate last night, we were worn out. If you haven't called, we're planning to wake up later at three since your wedding is at six in the evening, Rafael replied.

"We're fine, Josef; don't worry about us; we can manage," Flavio seconded.

"But you guys still need to eat some lunch. Do you guys not want to look around first?" Josef asks.

"We can do that after your wedding," Lucas replied.

"Okay. I just called to check if you guys are fine," Josef replied.

"We're good, Josef. Thank you! You can relax now. You're nervous, aren't you?" Rafael said, grinning, though Josef couldn't see him.

That made everybody laugh at what Rafael just said.

"Agreed, he is nervous," he replied.

Josef is closer to Rafael than the three; they were all friends back in their senior year in high school. Like the four of them, Josef has his own close friends too, way back in their younger years. But Rafael knew those friends of Josef's were not the kind of friends he had with him, Flavio, and Lucas.

"We'll see you at the waterfalls tonight," Josef told them.

"We will be there," they all replied in chorus.

Rafael hangs up the phone.

He looked at his watch; it's already past two. They were supposed to wake up by three, but because Josef called, it woke them up. They must eat something first. They haven't eaten since they arrived because they all slept the moment they reached their hotel room. They booked a large room with four beds. They don't need to have one room each. They just need the bed to sleep at night. Because during the daytime they will explore.

"So what are we going to do first? I'm starving," Rafael asks, looking at each of them. Lucas and Flavio closed their eyes.

"Wake up!" Rafael shouted at their two friends.

The two men turned and covered their ears. Rafael moved to Lucas first and pulled her legs until he dropped on the floor. Then Lucas stood up and walked to Flavio and did the same thing. Then they had a pillow fight. When they saw the feathers flying all around, they laughed.

"Uh-uh, we're in trouble," Lucas said, still laughing.

"Headlines. Four bachelors having a pillow fight that pissed off the hotel housekeeper," Rafael said, lifting his empty pillow.

"We need to clean up our mess; we don't want to be thrown outside of the hotel. That will be the worst headline," he said, and he stands up to put on the bathroom robe. He dials for a housekeeper service. He asked for a vacuum cleaner and an extra two big rubbish bags.

The three men stood up too and put on the bathrobes in case the housekeeper arrived.

A moment later the doorbell rang. He opened the door and just took the vacuum from the housekeeper.

"Thank you, we will clean up by ourselves. It's our mess," he told the housekeeper. Then he closed the door.

"Let's pick up the feathers and put them in the rubbish bag; the vacuum can't do all this," he said.
