"Okay, we're all done." Simon slumped down, exhausted from painting a whole house.

"We need to break the news to her. We don't want to do any more difficult tasks in school." Brittany insisted.

"Yeah. It was, bad enough, when she wished to meet Ammon last night after you guys knocked out. And Simon had to pretend to be him." Alvin groaned.

"You guys know about Ammon?" Brittany asked in shock.

"Yeah. Jeanette told us." Alvin answered.

"And... None of you know who he is?" She interrogated, eyeing Simon.

"N-no, we don't." Simon turned away, frowning.

"The point is, this Ammon mystery is already a big thing, and it's more tiring when she uses her wand to make him appear." Alvin reverted back to the main point.

"Well, that was actually fun, pretending to be him." Simon chuckled.

"I see." Brittany smirked at Simon, adding on to Alvin's annoyance.

"Just imagine, when she uses her wand in school to meet Ammon whenever she wants. I'd have to s- I mean, Simon would have to switch back and forth!" Alvin ranted.

"So when do we tell her?" Eleanor enquired.

"We'll tell her tonight, after the feast." Brittany decided.

"Seems reasonable?" She looked at everyone for approval.

They all agreed.

When Jeanette returned to the treehouse with Theodore, the four friends were resting on the couch, still restless over their huge tasks. She excitingly pointed out that all her magic had worked.

"Ooh, good day!" She remarked naively.

"Let's eat!" She suggested.

When they walked towards the table, Simon headed over to sit with Jeanette. Alvin began to frown in slight jealousy, and looked at Theodore. He pulled a casual look, and stuck a foot out when no one was looking, tripping Theodore.

"Whoa!" Theodore yelped as he fell face flat on the ground.

"Theodore!" Simon rushed to Theodore's side to help him up.

Alvin took the opportunity to take the seat beside Jeanette.

"A-are you okay?" Simon asked in concern.

"Y-yeah, I'm alright." Theodore looked at the floor, puzzled.

Simon turned his head and gasped lightly, frowning afterwards at Alvin mirroring Jeanette's sweet smile. He sighed in disappointment in defeat and proceeded to sit by Alvin.

While eating, Jeanette spoke up.

"I wanted my wand to make lasagna, but it made spaghetti instead." She commented.
