Chapter 11: I don't wanna be here

JASON'S P.O.V
I sighed and let a tear roll down my cheek as I was being driven to jail. "You're being quieter than usual McCann. Why?"
"That's none of your business!" I growled at the cop. "I was just asking." I sighed and looked up at the stars. I've only been separated from Jess for a few minutes, but I miss her already. I started to cry, overthinking that I might never see her again. She was going back to her home, I didn't know where she lived and there was no way I was gonna be getting out of jail anytime soon. I felt the car come to a stop and the cop got out, opening my door and grabbing me. He walked me inside and through the jail to an empty cell. He uncuffed me and pushed me into the cell, closing and locking the door. I didn't bother being all feisty. I was not in the mood at all. Instead, I wiped my eyes and laid down on the stone cold jail bed. I turned to face the cement brick wall. I couldn't help but cry, knowing I might not ever see Jess again...

JESS'S P.O.V
I felt the car pull up into my house's drive way. I looked up and saw my mom and Lisa standing there. The cop opened my door and I got out slowly. "JESS OH MY GOSH YOU'RE OKAY!!" Lisa ran up to me tackling me into a hug. I didn't do anything but stand there. "Oh Jess my darling thank goodness you're safe!" Mom gave me a hug and a kiss on my forehead. I walked inside, not really caring that I was back home. I walked into my room and laid on my stomach along my bed. "Jess...?" I looked up in the doorway and saw Lisa. I sighed. "Come in..." Lisa closed the door behind her and sat on the floor. "What's wrong? did he hurt you?!"
"No..."
"Are you traumatized?"
"No..."
"Then what was it like?!" I felt a tear escape my eye and run down my cheek. "It was great until they rescued me!"
"What do you mean? We were so worried about you..." I tried not to cry.

"I don't wanna be here..."
"What do you mean you don't wanna be here...?" I didn't say anything, instead I stared at my wall thinking of everything I've done with Jason the past days. "Jess?"
"You were right Lisa..." Lisa raised her eyebrow. "Right about what?"
"Jason is handsome..." Lisa gasped. "Wait... you two..." I looked at Lisa. "YOU AND JASON DID 'IT'"?! I screwed up my face in disgust. "EW LISA NO!"
"Then what?!" I sighed.
"Lisa... being with Jason... it was an adventure..."
"Tell me everything, from beginning to end."

"Well... it started off bad... I mean, he punched me in the jaw and threw me into a cold, dark room..." Lisa gasped. "But... then we had to run from the hide-out we were in. The cops found it so then we ended up in a forest."
"Wow..." I smiled to myself.
"It was cold... Jason came and sat next to me... he took off his jacket and he put it on me..."
"OH MY GOD JESS! Then what happened?!"
"Well, he showed me a side of him he's never shown any living person... he told me about his life and..."
"And...?"
"I um... he told me he liked me as a friend..."
"Awwwwww!!"
"A lot of stuff happened... it's a long story..." Lisa gave me a sad look. I tried not to tear up. "Oh Jess... you miss him don't you..."
"I..." I couldn't get the words out.
"You guys fell in love..." Lisa gave me a look of shock. "Yeah..... we did...." Lisa covered her mouth. "Oh Jess..."
"I miss him so much and I'm probably never gonna see him again!" I couldn't help by cry. I felt Lisa's arms wrap about me.

"Why don't we just go bust him out of jail?" I looked at Lisa."The jail is 3 hours away..."
"I know someone who can drive us!" I looked at Lisa having a think. "Lisa that is a crazy idea... but I love it." I stood up. "Come on Lisa."
"What...?"
"Let's go bust my Jason out of jail."
"Only one problem Jess.." I looked down at Lisa. "That is?"
"How are we gonna sneak past the guards?" I sighed and wiped my eyes. "I don't know... I don't know but I'll think of something..."
"Awwwwww..."
"What...?"
"You and Jason are in love!" I sighed and smiled. "Shut up Lisa..." I sat back down on my bed planning out how we were gonna get Jason out. I don't know how I was gonna do it, but I was gonna bust him out no matter what.
