"So in conclusion, I'm going to kill that son of a bitch," I tell Ryan.

"Wow, I did not know Brandon likes Jason. I always though he liked you," Ryan says surprised.

The bus stops abruptly indicating that someone was getting on. It was Chaz. I call Chaz over urgently and tell him what happened.

"No fucking way! I though Jason liked you or something!" Chaz exclaims.

"Well, as you can see he doesn't," I say frowning.

"Do you like him?" Ryan asks raising an eyebrow at me.

"Ew no," I answer quickly scrunching my nose in disgust.

"Aw, that's too bad, but I know Ryan, here, fancies Johnny. Don't you Ryan?" Chaz teases Ryan as he tousles his hair.

Ryan turns into a deep shade of red and clears his throat to talk.

"Yes I do," Ryan says quietly.

"What's holding you back?" I ask.

"John doesn't want anything with me."

"Oh, damn. Why not?" Chaz asks awkwardly.

"What the hell that son of a bitch!" I yell furious.

"Don't insult his mother," Ryan says frowning.

"But why doesn't he like you?" I ask.

"Yeah, like you're very cool and nice. Isn't he Justin?" Chaz says.

"Yeah, definitely. You're also very...handsome and funny...sometimes. Isn't that right Chaz?" I add.

Chaz nods his head vigorously, but Ryan still looks at us gloomy.

"He doesn't want me. He absolutely doesn't want anything with me. Period."

"But like, whyyyyy?" I ask confused af.

"I don't know. He just told me straight up like that, so yeah," Ryan says shrugging.

"Bruh, he is dumb as fuck," Chaz says sympathetic.

The bus stops and the bus driver orders us to file out. We thank him for driving us and head inside the school.

"Man, Oscar is so nice. Like, he knows my name and all," I say referring to our bus driver.

"I know right," Chaz says agreeing.

"I wish a particular someone could be that nice," Ryan mumbles.

"Ryan, just forget about him. Okay? Stop sharing your feelings. We're not girls," Chaz says rolling his eyes.

"Fine," Ryan scoffs.

"Hey, isn't that Brandon?" Chaz asks pointing.

I look quickly and glare at him. I clench my jaw and tightly hold the straps of my backpack.

"Hey, don't do anything you'll regret, okay?" Ryan whispers.

"I don't like him either, but chill man. I mean, you don't like Jason or anything so why should it bother you?" Chaz says not moving his gaze from Brandon.

I bite my tongue and think about that. Why am I angry?

"It just bothers me. Like, Brandon is just playing with him. Yeah, that's it. Nothing else, so let's go to class, guys," I say.

Ryan and Chaz nod understanding and we head to our first class. Science. Yeah, we somehow managed to get that class at the same time. Ugh, even Selena.

We walk inside and sit on our assign seats. Chaz sits next to this guy name Mark. Ryan sits next to his girlfriend. And I sit next to my girlfriend.

"Hey," I greet her awkwardly.

"Can you please go? I want to be alone," Selena says mockingly.

"You know I can't sit anywhere else," I say frowning.

"You really hurt my feelings, Justin."

"Yeah, I'm sorry. It was an off day. I didn't mean to upset you, honest. I just wanted to be alone."

"Justin, tell me, is there someone else?" she asks lowering her voice.

"Someone else," I repeat.

"Yes, someone else."

"Noo. Whyy?" I say slowly.

"Justin, I-I can't tell you're lying," Selena mumbles smiling sadly.

"I swear I'm not."

Selena glares at me and moved her attention away. Well, she's pissed. I get my science stuff out just as I feel my phone vibrate. I make sure the teacher is not here yet and sneak it out.
