going pescetarian for the week

so this week i decided to go vegetarian and i will try my best to do this every week and eat meat on the weekends and try to gradually get meat out of my diet. i have a strong feeling that i'll fail, however lmao, i just wanna try. yall i literally had the most unhealthy veggie diet i barely ate protein.

it's wednesday now and i haven't felt really any physical change tbh i actually keep getting all sad over river and corey. but then again, they say going veg can link to depression ( i already have it ) but i'm not saying that's what it is. i feel a whole lot better about not eating meat though because idk if i'm pretending but my mom cooked chicken last night and i was lowkey disgusted @ the thought of eating chicken omg what is this sorcery !!

also i really have no idea what they use in chicken it's probably so fucked . ( also i'm not one of those annoying n rude vegans or whatever fuck that ) but i just don't really know what they put in meat that we eat yall. i know they inject the animals w medicine so they don't get diseases and then it goes into our meat which makes us unhealthy too ! it's like a domino effect.

monday /
breakfast / cherries
lunch / an apple and a veggie wrap
snacks @ home / pancakes& syrup, cherries, honeycomb cereal
dinner / pasta w sauce n cheese

tuesday /
breakfast / frozen blueberries
lunch / spaghetti with parmesan cheese
snacks @ home / yall i had a fiber bar, two apple sauces and ritz crackers
dinner / mac + cheese

wednesday /
breakfast / yogurt w pineapple
lunch / fish sandwich ( ik yall but tbh the fish at my school is actually good ,,, not trustworthy but good ,,, )
snacks @ home / green apple
dinner / mac & cheese , then rice & broccoli

thursday /
breakfast / bagel w cream cheese
lunch / fish sandwich again i hate myself
snacks @ home / skittles
dinner / thai takeout : noodles, rice, dumplings ( all shrimp )

friday /
breakfast / liTERALLY HAD NO BREAKFAST AND I FUCKING BROKE DOWN IN THE CAR CUZ OF MY DAD
lunch / cheese pizza
snacks @ home / fries
dinner / thai takeout leftovers

sooo unhealthy i'm such a bad vegetarian omg

butttt ya that's what i ate this week and i really do feel better not eating meat. in fact i find it kinda gross bc idk what's in that shit & i love meat but when i think of eating it again i get all weird. we'll see how my journey goes.
