The Heart Wants What it Wants (Sequel to ILAC)

Chapter 18

Neymar's POV 

Saturday.

These past few days have been great, but awkward and weird. I enjoyed spending time with Bruna. We went out to dinners a lot. Her last day in Barcelona will be Monday. The only thing I couldn't get out of my mind was that Jacky was leaving today. Leo and I haven't talked since. All the guys in the team have treated me different. All the guys now know that Jacky is expecting a child and that it is mind. Don't get me wrong I feel horrible after what I said. Sometimes I wish I would think before I spoke. I sighed and got out of bed. I walked downstairs and walked into the living room. I sat on the couch and grabbed the remote. I just started at the TV hoping something good would happen. Nothing. I heard footsteps and noticed it was Bruna. 

Neymar: Hey Bruna?

Bruna: Yes Ney?

Neymar: Would you go to the club with me tonight? I really want some company. 

Bruna: Alright, I'll go with you. 

Neymar: Thanks, what are you going to do today?

Bruna: A 6 hour long photo shoot. 

Neymar: Alright, are you sure you'll want to go to the club?

Bruna: Yeah, I'm just going to take a shower and then headed to studio. 

Neymar: Alright.

Bruna walked off and I went back into my room. I quickly changed into jeans, a black t-shirt, a red hoddie, with a snapback, and sunglasses. I slipped on my shoes and walked into the living room waiting for Bruna. Once she came out we walked outside and got into my car. I dropped her off at the studio and then drove off to the bar. I was just going to drink a couple of drinks and then go talk to Leo. Once I got to the bar I drank about 3 drinks. I paid and got back into my car. 

It took about a 15 minute drive to get to Leo's house. Once I got there I noticed his car was there. So it's good to see that he was home. As I got closer I noticed Luis was also here. I guess Leo must really be mad at me. Whenever Luis was invited to come over so was I, but this is what I deserved. I parked my car and walked over to Leo's house. I knocked on the door and Leo was the one who opened it. Leo just starred at me. I cleared my throat. 

Neymar: Leo, I know you are busy so I don't want to take up much time. 

Leo: What is it Neymar?

Neymar: I just wanted to apologize to you. I wanted to say sorry for all the pain I cause to Jacky. Wasn't my intention to hurt her. It's just I haven't really gotten used to think before I say something. I know you probably won't forgive me, but I wouldn't forgive me either. I just wanted you to know I'm not perfect and I make mistakes and my biggest mistake was to hurt Jacky. I don't think I will ever forgive myself for that. Another mistake I made was losing your friendship. All I ever wanted to do is to make you proud, but that won't ever happen. I am truly sorry Leo. I hope one day you would forgive what I did to your sister. 

Leo: Neymar-

Neymar: I'm going to leave you now. I don't want you to tell me that you forgive me right now. I would rather you think about it for a couple of days. 

Leo: If that's what you want. 

Neymar: Yes, that's what I want. 

With that I walked off and walked back to my car. I got in and sighed. These days will be long especially that we had a game tomorrow. I put on my seat belt and drove back to my house. I had about 4 more hours till I had to go pick up Bruna. So I decided to watch movies while I wait.
