Marcelo's POV
Sunday, February 14th.
All of the guys and I were outside the room while the doctor's tried to bring back James. You could tell Cristiano was really upset, it was because he felt like he caused all of this but he didn't. At first he was trying to be strong, but how could he? I mean James literally died when Cristiano said things to him. The doctor came out and looked at us.
Dr. Marie: James is fine right now, but he is going into surgery right now.
Isco: Why?
Dr. Marie: Blood stopped traveling to his heart for a little bit, and we want to know what caused it because we don't want it to be a problem later on if he recovers from this.
Sergio: Thank you.
Dr. Marie: I'll leave you guys. (she walks away)
Cristiano: I can't believe this. It's like he didn't want to accept my apology right after I finished telling him the things he died. This all my fault I deserve to be in his spot.
Gareth: As much as you believe this your fault it's not whatever happened to him happened for a reason. You don't deserve to be in his spot.
Cristiano: I should have followed him.
Marcelo: Forget about that. It's in the past we are in the present now.
Cristiano: You are right.
(A/N for the things that is going on with James I am going to skip ahead two week because I want you all to know if he recovers or not, and also because soon I will skip to May.)
Sunday, February 28th.
Our most recent game ended in a defeat. I don't think much of the players are trying. They all are bumped out about what happened to James. Cristiano of course was bumped out the most. It's been 2 weeks and there weren't any signs that he was going to wake up. The guys were here in the hospital with James and keeping him company.
Sergio: It doesn't seem like he is even trying.
Isco: It really doesn't.
Gareth: I think we need to bring out someone important to him.
Marcelo: There are many important people to him.
Cristiano: He's talking about Salome.
Marcelo: Wait so you think we should call Daniela and tell her that James has been in coma for two weeks and if she could fly over here and bring Salome to see if he would fight for his life.
