Chapter 24

Irina's POV 

Nicole and I were on our way to go meet the guys in the club. All I hope for is to have a great time with Nicole. I am really hoping that Marcelo doesn't show up, but knowing Cristiano he probably invited him after I told him not to. Once we got to the club we got off and walked into the vip area of the club. I walked over to Cristiano and kissed him. He kissed me back and smiled. 

Irina: Are all the guys here?

Cristiano: Yes they are and about will Marcelo...

Irina: You invited him didn't you?! 

Cristiano: (he scratches the back of his neck) Well he overheard me invite some of the guys and if he heard me invite of course I was going to invite him.

Irina: I can't believe you right now! I told you not to invite him. You literally never listen to what I say. 

Cristiano: I'm sorry, but he is my best friend.

Irina: I know, but you know what now I'm just going to distract Nicole and hope she won't see him. Did he bring his girlfriend with him?

Cristiano: Yeah. 

Irina: Really? You could have at least told him not to bring her! You know it will hurt Nicole seeing him with her. 

Cristiano: I know I'm sorry. 

Irina: Whatever. (she walks away and looks for Nicole) 

About two hour have passed and we were having a blast together. We couldn't stay out that much longer since the guys had a game tomorrow. Nicole hasn't noticed Marcelo and his girlfriend which is a good thing. Cristiano tried his best to keep Marcelo faraway from Nicole. 

Nicole: Thanks for taking me out tonight. 

Irina: No worries, I'm glad you are enjoying it. 

Nicole: I am, but it sucks I couldn't drink anything besides soda and water. 

Irina: Yeah, it does we will have to live with it. 

Nicole: Yeah, I know. 

Irina: Just 8 months to go. 

Nicole: A long time.

Irina: Yeah, I know. 

Nicole: I'll be back I need to use the bathroom.

Irina: Alright. 

Nicole's POV

I walked away to the bathroom. I waited for a couple of minutes to get inside a bathroom. Once I was done using the bathroom I washed my hands and walked out. That's when I saw Marcelo making out with someone. Wait is that his new girlfriend? I quickly walked outside without anyone noticing, well that's what I thought. I sat down on a bench outside. I held my tears in. I can't cry over a guy, that won't happen. I sighed as I looked up at the sky. The night was going great till I saw him. I felt someone sat beside me. I turned to look and noticed it was Isco. 

Isco: Are you fine? 

Nicole: Yeah, I am.

Isco: I know you aren't fine, and I know why. (he hugs Nicole)

Nicole: You do? (she hugs Isco back)

Isco: Yeah, it's because of Marcelo. I saw you run out when you saw Marcelo with his girlfriend. Honestly whatever he did to hurt you was dumb. You are a pretty amazing girl and he should have appreciated you. Any guy would be lucky to have you. 

 Nicole: That's sweet of you to say. 

Isco: I think you should forgot about Marcelo, try to move on. He doesn't deserve your time. Move on and be happy. 

Nicole: I know I have to move one and believe me I am trying to, but it's just hard. 

Isco: It is, I know that. I just recently split with my long term girlfriend like 4 months ago and she has found someone new. It hurts me to see her with him, but at the end of the day she is happy. 

Isco and I ended up having a long conversation, and it took my mind off things. We walked and found an open ice cream shop and ate some ice cream together. Once we finished ice cream he dropped me off at Jacky's and Irina's apartment, and asked me to go to his game tomorrow. I couldn't say no so I told him I would be there. It really made him happy. Tonight was great after. 

Are Nicole and Isco going to become a thing? What will Marcelo think of this if they do? Will Marcelo even care? I felt like giving a chapter without Neymar, Jacky, Oscar, and James again. Next few chapters will be back to Neymar, Jacky, Oscar, and James' POV. Hope you enjoyed it. Oh by the way what do you think of Nicole and Isco?
