Chapter 73

Neymar's POV

Monday, August 29th.

This year Oscar and I have been planning a surprise party for Jacky. Irina had also helped us. Oscar was supposedly not coming for her birthday, but he was already here with me staying at my house. We just kept it low key and whenever they would face time he would go to a room that she hasn't been in. Her party was going to be at my house. She hasn't came here for a while and she wouldn't expect anything if I would ask her to come over. Well I really wasn't going to invite her over I was going to tell her that we were supposedly going baby shopping, and end up driving to my house. 

Oscar: Do you think she will end up finding out somehow? 

Neymar: I hope not. 

Oscar: Same, I really want her to be surprised. 

Neymar: Same here, I would like to see her reaction. 

Oscar: Do you think James will bother to show up? 

Neymar: Honestly, I don't think so. 

Oscar: Have you texted him or should I do it?

Neymar: I already sent him a message if he wanted to come, but I haven't got any message back. All I know is that he is in Barcelona a lot because of that one girl. It would be rude if he didn't show up. 

Oscar: It would, but when was the last time she had a conversation with him? 

Neymar: I think she said like the day Nicole had left. 

Oscar: Damn, it's been a while. When was the last time you had a conversation with him? 

Neymar: Um, I don't really know. I remember that Jacky and I tried getting into contact on his birthday, but nothing. So I have no clue when was the last time we had a conversation with him. James has gone distant with everyone. I think I heard from Jacky that James doesn't even talk to the players only during games and training. Apparently he isn't the happy James they first knew, all the guys try to talk to him but nothing. They are all worried about him, but he is just happy with that girl he spends time with and Salo. When was the last time you have talked to him? 

Oscar: I don't know really. I haven't talked to him in a long time now. 

Neymar: No one has maybe we should find out who that girl is and ask her things. 

Oscar: Sounds like a great idea. Maybe you should tell James that he could bring Tess.

Neymar: Great idea! We will be undercover tomorrow. 

Oscar: Do you think James will leave Real Madrid? 

Neymar: I don't know, he isn't getting much playing time at Real Madrid, but he sure loves it. I don't think he is a bench warmer either, but it's his call. 

Oscar: What if he moves to Chelsea? 

Neymar: With you? Chelsea put an offer for James? 

Oscar: Yeah, so did some other English clubs. 

Neymar: It would be weird if I ever say both of you on the same team. 

Oscar: You are right. 

Neymar: Well, it's getting late. I'm going to sleep. Tomorrow we have a long day ahead of us. 

Oscar: True, good night. 

I got up and walked to my room. I got into my bed and watched a movie before I slowly drifted off to sleep remembering that last year on her birthday I had gotten Jacky back into my life.
