*2 years later*

Time flies so fast . we only had our 2-peat and sadly last season yung final year na nila Ate Ly. I badly wanted to give her a good exit pero odds weren't in our favor. But still, congrats sa la salle cos they really deserve it, they gave it their all.

Now I'm on my third year in college and eveything seems to be getting different now, syempre with studies comes first and puro major pa this coming year. Parang first year ka ulit but puro mas mahirap ganun.

I was the one chosen to be the team captain and with that sobrang kailangan ko mabalance time ko. And now we're not in good terms pa ni Thirds. Hays.

This time last year was different syempre first anniversary namin last year and I can still freshly remember everything.

"Bab! San mo ba kasi ako dadalhin?" I asked him. "Babi chill ka lang ah. I'll guide u don't worry" and he hold my hand and give me the direction for every step I take.

"Bab last na 6 steps forward!" And with that sinunod ko naman but as we walked dahan dahan niya akong binibitawan.

Naiiyak ako. Syempre wala na siya sa tabi ko. Malay ko ba kung asan ako. "B-bab! Where are you?" And there was only complete silent I can only hear my sobs.

"Bab! U can remove the blindfold now" as I remove and adjusted my eyes everything went blurry as I cry much more.

He went near me and hugged me "bab di mo ba nagustuhan? Sorry ah. Eto talaga naisip ko e" "No bab! I was just getting sentimental. Everything was perfect! Thank you!" And I hugged him back but tighter this one.

He brought me to our former school and he set up a candlelit dinner for two dun sa former room namin. Where everything started.

May nagviviolin pa sa gilid. He guided me to sit and he sit across me. Then we had a wonderful night.

I try to remove the tears on my cheeks while remembering that day. Pano we're both having a hard time sa sched namin this sem and we barely communicate na.

Its already 9pm and wala pa rin akong narereceive kahit text man lang sakanya. "Hays. Wag ka na umasa Beatriz pagod sa school yon kaya nakalimutan" As I talked to myself.

"Want one?" I looked at my back and saw Trey. She was handing me a can of san mig light. "How'd u know I was here?" As I get the can from her. She walked to my side.

"Duh Beatriz rooftop lang puntahan ng mga sawing di makaalis ng dorm" and we both laughed at her statement.

"So ano di ka pa rin binabati?" I sighed. "Yea..." Those are the only words I could utter. Naiiyak ako. "Hey hey hey! We're here to drink and not to cry ah. I'm celebrating ur anniv with u tas iiyakan moko!" Hays Trey talaga never in to the blue side.

She never really wanted sad moments when she's with us I mean who would naman diba? We're teammates nga pero we barely have time to hang out or catch up man lang tho lagi kaming magkakasama.

"Para sumaya ka tara let's chill tonight!" We went down and exited Eliazo but before we go out binigyan ako ni Manong Guard ng Blue and white roses. "Kuya, kanino po galing?"

"Di ko po kilala ma'am fan po ata yon" I smiled as expected umaasa nanaman ako na sakanya galing 'to. "Bey come on I think it's gonna be a great night!" "Yeah" I boringly said pano siya lang naman mageenjoy tonight.

We rode Tey's car tas we went to SB "Woah, I thought we're going sa bar. This is the chill ur talking about pala. So not Therese Margaurette Mandanas Gaston" I said and laughed.

She rolled her eyes "I'm referring to Isabel Beatriz Paras de Leon kinda chill kasi e" she said. "Tara na nga! I want some Java chip frappe and cinnamon roll e" I said "yea... All time fav" she said and pulled me out of the car.

We went inside and Trey told me she'll be the one to order nalang so I obliged and look for seats nalang. Luckily I easily found one. Then there's this crew who gave me a tray of a double dutch ice cream with vitamilk. "Uhm... Excuse me! Di po sakin to" as I pointed at the tray of food.

Ang weird kaya, nasa sb ka tas bibigyan ka ng ganito layo ah? "Uhm ma'am pinapabigay po yan nun!" As he points out someone na palabas na ng sb. "Ay ma'am lumabas na. Enjoy niyo nalang ma'am sayang yan" then I smiled nalang and umalis naman na yung crew.

So while waiting for Trey I'll just eat these. Best comfort food ever! Sobrang timing lang. "Oh, Bey lumabas ka pa?" "Ay no Trey dinala lang to nung crew from someone daw di ko na nakita kasi nakalabas na e" "Aaah" only words na lumabas sa bibig niya.

It took us an hour and a half to finish all syempre kumain pa ako ng ice cream. Trey looked at her phone naman and "Shz Bey! Tara may pinapadaan pa pala sakin si Tina!" "Wow at this hour?" "E nagnight class kasi siya so sabi niya infront of her building nalang daw niya iiwan dun sa desk nung guard"

It took us 30 mins makabalik ng Ateneo. I checked my phone hays 11 pm na just one more hour and still no greeting from him. I sighed. "Lalim Bey ah!" "E kasi naman just one more hour before this day ends tas no greeting parin" as I cry. Therese pull over her car sa may BEG

"Bey u know I can't drive with u crying by my side, hush na! Papagalitan ko talaga yan si Thirdy pag di ka grineet!" "No please just don't tell him!"
Then complete silence. Trey was just hugging me.

Pinunasan ko na luha ko. "Trey tara na 11:30 na oh baka di mo pa makuha yung papers for your thesis" "grabe u cried for 30 mins? That long?!" I just laughed I know she's just trying to lighten up the atmosphere.

Trey drove from BEG to the Bellarmine building. I checked the time and its quarter to 12 na and still no greeting. Lumabas naman si Trey to get her papers sa desk and after 5 mins ahe went back na rin.

"Got my papers! Tara let's walk nalang. Nagcheck ako wala nakong mapaparkingan sa Eliazo" "okay"

"Bey daan muna tayo ng Field please? Just wanted to unwind" I smiled tand nodded. We were crossing the street when someone gave me a red rose "red rose for a blue lady" so kinuha ko nalang. I smiled then umalis naman na yung nagbigay. Nung andun na kami sa gilid ng field someone called Trey "Bey wait lang I'll answer this lang u can go walk na I'll find u nalang" I nodded and walk na.

I needed fresh air to breathe in. Habang naglalakad someone put a blind fold on me. "Omg! May nakapasok na kidnapper sa Ateneo! Huhu"

"Cuzzo ang arte sumunod ka nalang" "Cole?!" "Who else? O walk na" tho naguguluhan ako sumunod nalang ako. After few walks we stopped naman na.

I am still bothered Thirdy not greeting me. "Cuzzo! What time is it na?" "11:59 cuzz why?" "Huhu! Di parin ako ginigreet ni Thirds" "Wag ka na umiyak!" Then he hugged me and whispered something "Happy 2nd anniversary Babi!" Huh? Wait! Tinanggal ko yung blindfold and saw "Thirdy?!" I hugged him back and now I'm crying real hard.

"Huhuhu. I thought u forgot it na!" As I cry and slapped him on his chest. "How could I? Haha" he has the guts to laugh pa ah. "E kasi naman ur not even contacting me!!!" "Twas all part of the plan Bab and I sent Therese to comfort you naman with roses and ur all time fav comfort food e plus I am busy cooking all day for u" "so sayo galing lahat? Aww... Ur so aweet. Cooked what?" Then humarap naman ako and aaw there's a picnic set-up naman.

Andaming food swear all my faves pa. I hugged him and thanked him. I pulled him naman so we can start eating na. We sat and eto naman nakabackhug sakin and I was lying on his chest. We were eating or should I say ako lang? Kasi naman pabebe to nagpapasubo pa so ako naman sinusubuan siya. "Baby oh one last bite nalang" "yes mommy" I slapped him on his chest and we both laughed.

"Bab..." As I faced him siguro I can give him what he deserves naman na. "Yes?" "Thank you" and I kissed him on his lips and he responded naman agad. We separate and try to catch our breath "Always welcome and thank you for trusting me your first" and he touched my lips and I just smiled.
