Chapter 34

Next day Thirdy woke up with an aching head. He sat up and looked at her side and saw Billie. 'Urgh! Thirdy! Ano nanamang ginawa mo?!' He said to himself. He got up put his clothes and left before Billie wakes up. He even left a note.

Sorry, everything that happened was a mistake. You know me, I know you. But thank you and I missed you -T

He left and rode a taxi and headed back to Valk cos he forgot his car here since they both used Billie's car last night.

He was on his way to their condo. He decided to listen to some music and the next song is take a bow. Oooh... At first it was really okay for him but then

"And the award for the best liar goes to you
For makin' me believe
That you could be
Faithful to me"

Yea. And then that part came. He felt like he was stab. Remembering what he saw last night. He started crying he couldn't stop it.

Being betrayed, cheated on by the one you love for so long? He couldn't have it. It was just like how Billie hurted him during his first year. Yea he was in first year and Billie was a senior that time but the pain was 6X of it.

Only thing he know was his car is speeding up and he saw a truck coming for him but he was too uncontrollable and the next thing everything went black.

Thirdy was rushed into the hospital and he really had a serious accident. The hospital called his family and they all rushed into it.

"Kiefer kindly call Bea, she needs to know" Mozzy commanded his eldest son.

Kiefer immediately got hold of his phone and called Bea.

"Oh kuya bat ka napatawag? Anything wrong?" Bea asked.

"Uhm. Bey... Punta ka dito MakatiMed Thirdy needs you..." Kiefer said with a sad tone.

"Kuya? What happened?" Bea asked trying not to cry.

"Chinecheck palang siya e. He's inside the ER"

"Osige kuya I'll go na"

Bea ended the call and quickly went to the bathroom and cry.

She held her tummy and said "baby everything's gonna be alright. Daddy's gonna be safe"

Yea right she's 2 mos pregnant and it was her supposed to be  good news that she's gonna tell Thirdy. She went for a quick shower and she immediately went to her car and drove off to MakatiMed.

When she reached the hospital she quickly called Manong.

"Kuya! Asan kayo?"

"Bey we're already here in the private room."

"Room number kuya?"

"146 Bey"

She quickly searched for the room and when she entered she couldn't hold her tears longer. Naguunahan sa pagpatak yung luha niya. Seeing Thirdy in this kind of situation reminded her of her dream. And she couldn't afford to lose him not now that they're having their panganay.

She can't take it anymore pumunta siya sa pwesto ni Thirdy and hinug niya ito. He's head was heavily bandaged and andami niyang galos.
She just hugged him and cried and cried. Mozzy was patting her back.

"Nak, everything's gonna be alright. Gagaling din si Thirdy" Mozzy trying to encourage her.

"T-tita..." She faced her and hugged her really tight.

"Tahan na... Sshh... Tahan na"

"Ate Bey!" Dani said teary eyed also hugged her.

Tumahan naman na siya and after a minute she felt rumbling on her tummy... Nasusuka siya.

She quickly run sa cr then sinundan naman siya ni Tita Mozzy niya.

"Aack.. Aack.."

"Hija ano nangyari sayo?" Mozzy said while patting her back.

"Tita napagod lang kakaiyak" she managed to say. After that nagmumog naman siya and fixed herself up before lumabas.

She was just sitting beside thirdy's bed all day. Paginaalok siya kumain she declines. Bong and Mozzy asked the doctor what happened and sabi nila he can have some serious brain damage kasi yun daw talaga yung pinakanaapektuhan. They told the parents na pagnagising si Thirds maybe they can know more kasi maassess na siya. Alcohol is evident on him during the accident so they were assuming his driving while his drunk. They decided not to tell Bea first  since kanina pa nika napapansin na masama rin pakiramdam nito.

"Hija... U better go home and change muna. You've been here all day tas di ka man lang kumain." Her tito Bong said.

"Tito okay lang po. I can manage pa po" she excused.

"Hindi pwede. I'll let Dani and Mozzy be with you. Kanina ka parin sumusuka e. Gusto mo ba magpacheck -up?"

"Ay tito hindi na po. Napagod lang po siguro ako. And sige po uuwi po muna ako" she said and smiled.

They reached her condo and they decided to eat. Actually pinilit lang ni Mozzy si Bea kumain.

"Ate u sure okay ka lang?" Dani asked.

"Oo naman Dans bat naman hindi?"

"Kanina ka pa kasi sumusuka tas sabi mo masakit ulo mo" Dani said.

"Napagod lang talaga ako noh I haven't had enough sleep kagabi di kasi umuwi yan kuya mo!"

"Nak nag-away ba kayo?" Mozzy asked in a worried tone.

"Tita hindi po. Pero di ko nga po alam sakanya e sabi niya kagabi susunduin niya ko sa shop pero di naman sumipot tas tinawagan ko siya luckily sinagot niya pero di naman siya nagsasalita" Bea sadly answered.

"Hayaan mo pagnagising papagalitan ko" mozzy cheekily said. To lighten up the atmosphere  around them. Pero feeling niya nag-away ang dalawa dahil lasing si Thirdy nung nagdrive. She asked Dani to sleep na so the two of them could talk.

"Tita..." Bea trailed off.

"Yes hija?" Mozzy asked.

"Ano nga po pala sabi nung doctor sa condition  ni Thirds?" Bea asked in a worried tone.

"Di pa daw sure nak pero sabi he was drunk daw while driving" Mozzy said and napayuko nalang siya of course she couldn't say na Thirdy can have some serious brain damage edi lalong nagworry si Bea baka mas lumala pa.

"Sorry tita..." Bea trying to control her tears.

"bakit naman anak?"

"Feeling ko po ako may kasalanan kung bat andun siya ngayon" Bea can't control her tears anymore.

Mozzy went to her and hug her. "Anak hindi... walang may kasalanan. It was an accident"

After some time naramdaman ni Mozzy na tumatahan na siya.

"Tara na! U should sleep na maaga pa tayo bukas" Mozzy smiled and Bea followed her to their room.

Still Mozzy was bothered about Bea, it's really not impossible if she's pregnant. Thirdy and her have been living for more than 2 years together. Of course she trust her mother's intuition. She's thinking maybe Bea has her reasons for keeping it baka kasi gusto niya si Thirdy unang makaalam like that. She'll just wait for Bea to tell them.
