Chapter Twenty-One

Jake parked the car. Nakatanaw ako sa labas ng sasakyan. I saw some boats and a few yachts. May nakita akong barkong papalayo. Hm, alin kaya dito ang kay Jake?

Nagulat ako ng bahagya nang biglang bumukas ang pinto ng sasakyan. I unbuckled my seatbelt and went out of the car. Jake took my hand and gosh, I think I just blushed.

Nag lakad kami sa parang tulay. Gawa sa kahoy at nasa tubig ito. Basta yun na yon. I don't know what its called. Meron kasing isang yateng parang naka parada sa dulo ng bridge na to. I looked at the yacht and there I saw a J Dawson printed on the yacht.

"Nice ride!" I exclaimed.

He looked at me and smiled. "Thanks." He said.

We went inside. May sumalubong samin na isang lalaki na sa tingin ko ay nasa mid twenties or early twenties. He looks so young and well, a bit handsome too.

"Sir Jake! The yacht is ready to sail!" Sabi nung lalaki.

"Thanks, Yves. Na ayos na ba lahat ng binilin ko kanina?" Tanong ni Jake.

"Opo, Sir." Naka ngiting sabi nung Yves. He glanced at me.

Bigla kong naramdaman na humigpit ang hawak niya sa kamay ko kaya napatingin ako sa kamay naming mag kahawak.

"By the way, this is my girl, Jiezel Pace. Babe this is Yves Miller, he's in charge of my yacht." Jake said.

My girl nanaman. Iiiih!! Kilig!

"Hello." I said and smiled.

Kumunot ang noo nung Yves. Pero ngumiti din naman siya agad.

"Good evening, Ma'am." Sabi niya. I just smiled.

"Thanks again, Yves. You can go." Sabi ni Jake.

Tumango nalang si Yves at iniwan na kami. Nag patuloy kami sa pag pasok sa loob ng yate at umakyat sa upper deck. Pumasok kami sa parang control room.

"Si Yves ba ang nag papatakbo ng yate minsan?" Tanong ko.

The silence is killing me.

"Yeah." Sabi ni Jake.

"But most of the time, it's me." He added.

I smirked. "Nice, shall I call you Captain Jake?" I said and giggled.

He smirked at me. "Yeah and maybe you could moan it too." He said and winked at me.

I laughed. Hinampas ko siya ng mahina sa dibdib niya. May mga pinindot siyang kung ano tapos naramdaman kong gumalaw ang yate. Maya-maya lang ay dumaong na ang yate.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"To the other island." Sabi niya.

"What island?" I asked.

"The Janette island." Sabi ni Jake at bahagya pa siyang natawa.

"May ganun ba?" Tanong ko.

"My father bought that island for my mother. So, he named the island after her." Jake said.

"Oh!" I said, amazed.

Wow, that's so sweet.

"Let's go." He said and pulled me.

Bumaba kami at nag punta sa railings. Feeling ko ako si Rose. I smirked. I let go of Jake and raised my arms. Just like what Rose did in Titanic.

I felt Jake hugged me from behind.

"So who are we? Jack and Rose?" Natatawang sabi ni Jake.

I giggled. "Almost." I said.

"Almost?" Patanong niyang sabi.

"Jack didn't hold Rose like that." Sabi ko.

He chuckled at ginaya ang ginawa ni Jack. I smiled. Kinikilig ako. I've never been this passionate with a guy – well, except for my first love. – But apart from my asshole ex, wala na. Kay Jake lang.

The wind is blowing my hair. I smiled widely. I closed my eyes. I really love how the air strikes on my face. Yung lamig, yung sariwang hangin na tumatama sa balat ko...sa muka ko. It makes me calm.

I felt Jake kissed my nape. Bumaba ang kamay niya sa bewang ko. Hinarap niya ako sakaniya kaya nag mulat na ako ng mata. I wrapped my arms around his neck. We looked at each other's eyes. Nanlaki ang mata ko at napatili ako ng buhatin niya ako at iupo sa railings.

"Jake!" Sigaw ko.

Napakapit ako ng mahigpit sakaniya. He's in between my thighs at nakayakap ako sakaniya.

"Jake! I might fall! Baka may pating!" Kinakabahan kong sabi.

Fuck. Ang taas kaya nito. I can swim but hell! If I fall, mau-una ang ulo ko and I don't know what will happen to me. Lalo na at kapag nahulog ako patuloy ang pag andar ng yate. Fuckshit.

He smiled. "Don't worry. I got you. If you fall, I'll follow." He said.

Napa titig ako sakaniya. Nawala ang ngiti niya ay napalitan ng seryoso. Parang may magnet sa harap naming dalawa at pilit kaming pinag lalapit.

Naramdaman ko nalang na hinahalikan na niya ako. His kiss is so gentle, so passionate. It's like he's being careful on every move of his lips. I am responding. Our kiss so passionate.

This is so romantic for me. I opened my eyes. Jake's eye are closed. I closed my eyes again. I felt his hand went to my face and gently touched my cheek.

Hindi ko alam pero bigla nalang nag init ang mata ko. Then tears started to fall from my eyes. Napatigil ako at ganun din si Jake.

He looked at me, confused. He wiped my tears with his one hand. Pinunasan ko ang muka ko.

"Hey, why are you crying?" He asked.

I stared at him. He looks worried and confused at the same time.

I shook my head. "Nothing...I just.."

Hindi ko naituloy ang sasabihin ko. He caressed my face with his hands. Humigpit ang kapit ko sakaniya dahil hindi na siya nakahawak sa bewang ko.

"Tell me." He gently said while gently caressing my face. I closed my eyes.

Para akong isang porcelain doll na dapat ingatang mabuti para hindi mabasag. Kung paano niya haplusin ang muka ko...iba eh.

His gentleness, this romantic moment, the feeling...the kiss. It's so surreal. I bit my lower lip.

"Jiezel, what's the problem?" He asked.

I opened my eyes. "Is this a dream?" I asked.

Kumunot ang noo niya but eventually he grinned.

"Baby, this is real." He said sweetly.

I shook my head. "It feels surreal. It's...the feeling...the kiss...the moment–"

"Hush. Babe, everything that happened was real. I'm real, the feeling was real, the moment was real and our kiss was real." He said and smiled at me.

Why are you like this Jake? The feeling is so overwhelming. Is he really like this? Even to his girlfriend? Gentle, sweet and romantic?

"Are you really like this? Even to your real girlfriend?" I asked. Nanikip ang dibdib ko sa sarili kong tanong.

Please...please tell me it's just to me...

He shook his head. I felt relived.

"No. Ours was different, really different. It wasn't as romantic as this." He said.

I bit my lower lip and smiled. I pulled him to me and kissed him.

Oh Jake! You're different. So fucking different.
