I made sure I didn't wake Thorin as I got up and walked on the balcony looking over the kingdom. After a few minutes of staring out, I felt arms wrap around my waist. I smiled and leaned back into Thorin's arms.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" He asked. I nodded.

"Very and imagine when it's completely finished!" I said. He kissed my head.

"Still won't be as beautiful as you" he said. I turned around to look at him.

"I'm not that beautiful" I said. He shook his head.

"You don't think so?" He asked. I shook my head.

"Why?" He asked. I thought about it for a minute.

"I don't know, I mean... I know I'm not ugly but I'm not beautiful either" I said. He smiled at me.

"You'll always be beautiful to me, love" he said. I smiled at him and leaned up to kiss him.

"Let's go back to bed" he said.

"Can we stay out here a bit longer? Please?" I asked. He sighed smiling and nodded.

"I don't want you to wear yourself out. You heard Oin. it's bad for the baby" he said. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh please, this little girl is going to be fine. She's a stubborn one, like her father" I said. He raised an eyebrow.

"Ok, first of all, who said it was a girl and second of all, you're worse than me!" He said. I laughed.

"I guess you're right" I sighed. He kissed my cheek.

"Come on, let's go back inside" he said as he saw me shiver. I nodded and he picked me up. I looked at him unamused.

"Thorin, I can still walk" I said.

"I know but I want to carry you." He said. I shook my head But leaned it against his shoulder. He laid me down on the bed and climbed in next to me.

"Good night Love, goodnight little fella" he said.

"It's a girl!" I said. He laughed.

"Go to sleep" he said.

"It really is a girl" I said after a while.

"Goodnight Bella!" He said a little louder. I giggle and snuggle into his warmth, falling asleep just moments later.
