Bio: Hello, I'm Chloe! I'm a freshman at LHS and love to sing and write. I started writing when I was around 9, after a summer of being engrossed in many different books. I fell in love with books, and wanted to make my own. c:

Can you explain what your book is all about?

My book is about a girl named Cerise who lives in a kingdom filled with monstrous beasts known as lycanthropes. The only way to get rid of lycanthropes is by killing the witch that created them, but Cerise has no clue who that might be. But as she gets closer and closer to the answer, she begins to feel dark desires. With the help of a hunter named Cain, she must figure out who is behind the lycanthropes before they overrule her kingdom.

Who is your target audience - and why?

My target audience is anyone who loves fairytales and werewolves and witches. "Avarice" is based off of Little Red Riding Hood, and is a sort of "dark fantasy".

What is 'paranormal' about your story? My story contains lycanthropes, clairvoyants, and witches.

Does it contain other genre elements, if so which ones - and why? It also has some horror and romance themes c:

Tell us about your writing process - how do you get from story idea to a Wattpad published story? I used an 8-step guideline I found online to help me set up the plot and characters.

Did you encounter any challenges when writing, if so - how did you overcome them? Amazingly enough, I found this novel to be very enjoyable to write. I never wanted to stop. c:

You often hear that 'writing well' is the baseline for success. What does that mean for you? I believe that "writing well" is giving the book all that you've got. It's spending hours a day writing, editing until you get that perfect, final draft. It's loving the story you're writing, and doing everything you can until you believe that it really could be the "next big thing".

One final question, this being the Paranormal genre: Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

I've had multiple dreams that have come true, and have felt other presences in different rooms of my home and other people's homes. c: But that's it.
