Whitney POV:

Seven.

It's been seven days since I saw Harry.

They said it would only confuse him.

That we should space out catching him up on everything he's missed, with everyone he's missed that space of time with.

And that just so happened to mean I was last.

I sat my blow drier on the granite countertop as my phone lit up to the right.

Harry.

My heart fluttered, stomach signaling with unsettling butterflies.

I cleared my throat before tapping the green call button and bringing it to my ear.

"Hello?"

"Hey Whit."

Something about the way Harry still called me by that brought a smile to my face, well just hearing his voice in general actually.

"How are you?"

I mentally faced palmed myself, "sorry stupid ques-"

He let out a chuckle, I could picture his dimples in the crevices of his cheeks as he spoke, "I just got released actually."

"That's great," I beamed.

"Yeah yeah," Harry shrugged almost anxiously, "If your up for it I was hoping we could," he paused, "erm catch up, or something."

My heart stopped just to pick up at a pace seven times faster.

"Yes." I answered without having to think about it for even a second.

"Cool."

"Cool'" I repeated as my stomach swirled with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. But mostly excitement.

"Do you still-"

"Live at the same place?" He mumbled, lacking his usual confidence.

I found it cute, I wonder if he is ruffing his hair the way he does when he's apprehensive.

"Yes. Yes I do. Do you want the address just incase-"

"I haven't forgotten everything," Harry chuckled, "oh and one last thing."

My nails tapped the granite, "Yeah?"

"Do you still have that red lingerie?" Harry's amused voice rang through before he clicked off the line.

"Wait how do y-"

I was still doing the math in my head, trying to make sense of what he said, what it meant when the line went dead.

Indecisive 2: Encounter (2)

Harry POV:

Song- Demons: Imagine Dragons

I took in a deep breath, rasping on the door in two quick successions before shuffling my hands back into the pockets of my jeans.

A mix of emotions swarmed through me as footsteps echoed through the wooden door.

When it was pulled open I was awe of her in front of me.

My mind hazy from that night I saw her in my room, but now there was something about the way her eyes lit up that ignited a weak fire from within.

"Harry," Whitney let out an exasperated sign as she fell into my arms.

"Hey," I breathed against her skin as I snaked an arm around her back.
