Chapter 13 - DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME.

//Donn POV\\

Donn ran out the door as soon as his big brother, Luke, had pulled into the small driveway in his car. His childish side of him wanted to hug him and never let go, but the sensible mature side of him told him not to. Luke's face broke into a smile as soon as he saw Donn.
"Hey little brother, I missed you at college! No loud music playing next door when I'm studying" he said, smirking.
"Nice to see you too" Donn laughed. "And I'm not little, there's only a two year difference between us you know"
"Still a big difference. You having a party tonight?" Luke asked, changing the subject.
"Yeah, Chris and his group are coming as well as three of my newer friends" Donn explained, helping Luke carry his bags into the house.
"Is one of those newer friends that Liana person?" Luke questioned, looking at Donn.
"Yeah, hey, who'd you get the number off?"
"Oh, just a mate of mine, Colton. He has a part time job, he won't tell me what but he knows Liana pretty well I think. Well, he said he sees her sometimes" Luke explained
"Cool" Donn replied.
"And," Luke added, running out to the car "I have a little friend to spice up the party" he darted back into the house, carrying a beer set. "I do have a fridgeful of these in the car, you gonna help me bring them in?" Luke asked.
"Yeah, sure"

After the two brothers had emptied the car of drinks, they made a start on tidying the house and making it look bigger than it actually was.
"I was thinking we could put the sofa there so that we have more room to dance and stuff" Luke suggested, pointing at the wall he wanted to put the sofa along.
"Yeah, that could work... wait a sec Luke, what are we using to play music?" Donn asked, walking over to the sofa and picking up one side of it.
"Colton's given me a speaker set. I have a load of songs I can play on my phone" the older brother explained, also going to pick up a side of the sofa.
"Colton gives you a lot of stuff, doesn't he?" Donn pointed out, looking up at his brother.
"I helped him out, so now he owes me... a lot"
"Why does he owe you?"
"Why should I tell you?"
"Because we tell each other everything" Donn glared at his brother.
"... maybe some other time Donn, right now we need to sort this hell hole into a suitable party venue"
"Okay..." Donn dropped his half of the sofa on the floor. "I'm going to sort the music out" the turquoise haired teen marched out of the living room and began to set up the speakers. He then connected Luke's phone to the main speaker. "Luke I'm testing the speakers, okay?"
"Yeah, gimme a second to get away from this speaker here" Luke said rushing through the house to Donn "Okay, play" Donn hit the play button on their tester song which was pretty old, Red Lights by Tiesto. The two brothers smiled at each other and high fived. They continued preparing for the party and eventually, the doorbell rang to signal the beginning of the party. Luke walked calmly to the door and opened it to a cheer. A group of Luke's friends were there and they walked in. Soon enough,the house was almost full and the music was blaring. All of Donn's other friends had arrived however, it was eight o'clock and three certain people still hadn't arrived. Finally, the doorbell rang again. Luke got up to open the door when Donn stopped him.
"I'll get it, you wait here" he said.
"Okay" Luke replied, settling down again. Donn walked over to the door and opened it. Standing there were the missing trio, Liana, Matt and Sapphire.

//Liana's POV\\

Liana smiled as Donn opened the door to his house. Music was blaring from inside and lights flashed in all directions.
"Hey! Sorry we're late" She tried to make sure he heard her over the music.
"Eh it's fine. Come on in" Donn smiled back, opening the door wider and spreading one arm to welcome them into the house. It wasn't huge but it was big enough for a small family. It had a really homely feel, if you didn't count the tipsy teens and blasting music. Donn led them into the centre of the party where a sort of dance floor had been made and a table of food and drinks had been set up. Liana recognised some of the people from her school but then there were a lot of older teenagers too.
"Who are all the older people?" She asked Donn.
"Oh they are my brother Luke's friends" he replied. "Want a drink?".
Liana turned to face her friends. Sapphire looked unsure and Matt seemed fine with it.
"I'll have one" Matt smiled. Liana wasn't sure what to do. She was underage and had never had alcohol before... but then again she probably wouldn't be allowed alcohol at all at home, no matter how old she was.
"Sure. Why not?" She shrugged. Eventually all of them had a drink and were getting into a party mood. With the alcohol running through her body, Liana felt giddy and stupid but it made her kind of happy. She still knew that if she carried on then she would regret it the next day but everyone else was drinking so she didn't stop. Everyone was having a great time, dancing and singing together. Currently, everyone was only tipsy...
"Wait, Liana?!" A familer voice exclaimed. She spun around to see Colton. He wasn't wearing his usual shirt and tie. Instead he had on a normal shirt and jeans, with his blonde hair styled into a quiff.
"What are you doing here?" She asked him. Liana had told Colton she would be at a friends house and he should have been watching the house as her parents were at work again.
"Well I could ask you the same thing" he smiled at her. Liana noticed the drink in his hand. At least he was old enough to drink it..
"You won't tell my parents about this will you?" She sheepishly asked.
"Only if you don't tell them about me" he laughed. "No one is watching the house so I guess we're both rebels" he added. Liana breathed out a sigh of relief. If her parents knew about this, she'd end up being home schooled. Colton headed back to his friends and Liana continued to dance with her friends.
"This is actually really fun" Sapphire giggled. Donn grabbed them all some more drinks as everyone procceeded to get drunk.
// Matt's POV \\
Matt sat with an arm around an older girl on a couch, his head tilted back with his other hand holding a plastic cup of raspberry vodka. As soon as Matt had walked in, he knew that this place would be enjoyable. Considering Donn held it too, he HAD to enjoy it.
Matt got up, smiling his usual goofy smile as he walked towards his usual group of friends dazily. Sapphire seemed completely sober; Matt wasn't surprised, really.
He winked at Liana as he caught her staring at him, and stuck his tongue through the gap between his teeth playfully. Liana laughed a scoff and looked away, smiling as she spoke to Sapphire, who seemed to not be enjoying herself.
Despite knowing it was really bad for him, Matt was already drunk. It only took a couple of bottles, and yet it tasted so good he drank more anyway. The drunk male had already attempted to flirt with the majority of people there.
Eventually getting bored, he noticed Donn leaning against a table with one arm, grinning with one side of his mouth as he talked to his brother's friend. Matt had been to a few parties before, but with the blaring music and crazy flashing lights, this was the best one he had ever been to.
Matt stood awkwardly away from Donn, messing with his hair every so often until the friend he was talking to walked away to dance with other people. It was barely dancing, people just held bottles of alcohol and bobbed up and down while talking to other people and singing. When the friend walked away, Matt approached Donn. Donn's face lit up as he saw Matt.
"Heyyy! Matt!" Donn yelled, drowsily putting his arm around the curly brown haired teen. Donn looked at Matt in the eye and flicked the blue band aid that rest on his nose playfully.
"Donn!" Matt yelled back, making double guns and winking. He stared at Donn in the eye in reply.
"How's the party man?" He asked, even though he would completely forget Matt's answer by the time he was sober.
"It's souuund dud-" he was cut off by Donn singing 'I took a pill in Ibiza' loudly along with everyone else. Matt shrugged, and sang along with him, the two of them swinging back and forth as they held their drinks into the air and sang. Donn suddenly quietened down, and looked at Matt in the eyes again, a sudden expression of shock falling over his face. He mumbled the words to the song as Matt looked at him in confusion.
"You're pretty" Donn complimented, smiling from ear to ear.
Matt looked at him, slightly confused, and smiled back awkwardly.
"Tha-"
He was cut off by a kiss.
Donn smashed his lips into Matt's, and Matt's eyes widened. Butterflies fluttered like mad in his stomach as a little part of him died inside. Despite being excited and shocked, Matt kind of knew that it wouldn't matter afterwards, just because they were drunk.
Oh gosh.
What if Sapphire and Liana noticed them?
// Sapphire's POV \\

Sapphire sipped a little bit of the alcohol left in her bottle.
"OK.. No more for me" she thought to herself.
Sapphire slowly walked over to the table that had the punch and WKD on it and placed her bottle down.

Sapphire sat on a chair staring at the small crowd dancing to the music. A figure about the same size as her, walked backwards towards Sapphire and placed his cup on to the table.
The figure stumbled into Sapphire.
"Oh.. Uh sorry" The guy said with a slur.
"Oh it's ok" Sapphire replied
"Do you mind if I take a seat?" The guy asked.
"Oh Yeah ok" Sapphire replied.

The guy grabbed the chair out from under the table and placed it next to Sapphire.
The guy had dark blue hair that was styled to cover one eye and was as tall as a giant yet as thin as a twig.
"So what's your name?" The guy asked while looking at her.
"Sapphire what's yours?" She replied
"My names Evan" he said
"Oh nice to meet you Evan" Sapphire greeted

Sapphire and Evan sat in the small uncomfortable seats and began to talk for quiet a while. After about an hour of the both of them babbling on about their life Evan started to get very drunk and had just finished his 4th bottle of alcohol.
"Well, I'm gonna go hang out with the guys for a bit" Evan said while standing up "see ya"
"Oh uh bye.." Sapphire replied back
"But before I do here you go" He said while handing her a small piece of paper.
Sapphire opened the small piece of paper with what she assumed to be his number.

Sapphire slumped into her chair and watched as Evan walked off into the crowd.
"Damn... He's pretty cute" she said sighing.
Sapphire pushed herself up from her chair and began to search for Liana and Matt.
Sapphire spotted Liana's and ran over to her.
"Oh hey!" Liana shouted "what you smiling about?"
"Oh uh nothing.." She said while chuckling.
"Hmmm" Liana said while raising an eyebrow.
"Oh well, come on then, come dance with us" she said while pulling Sapphire into the crowd by her wrist.

Firstly, we would like to say sorry for taking so long to upload this chapter. All four of us had to write a POV so it took much longer. Anyway, I hope this chapter was worth the wait!
